This location is one of my favorite spots to grab a quick and tasty pizza. The crust is always soft, the toppings are generous, and that signature garlic sauce makes every bite even better. I’ve been eating here regularly and always look forward to it because the food is fresh, the flavors are comforting, and it never disappoints.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo garlic stuffed crust pizza with banana peppers off Uber Eats and specifically told them I was allergic to tomato sauce these people still gave me the wrong pizza and I proceeded to let Uber Eats know and they just gave me $5 off, and I even called papa John’s the one in forest park and the manager just completely hung up in my face!! I don’t recommend so unprofessional, can’t comprehend simple highlighted instructions and the pizza was cold!!

I went into the forest park location & purchased 2 pizza's & I stepped out for a split second & when I stepped back in I noticed the cashier who is also the cook rubbing his finger through his hair. I asked him was that my pizza he stated no it wasn't. But it was mine there were no other customers in the store no telephone calls . So when I said that I know that was my pizza he stated sorry & washed his hands & proceeded to try & give me the first pizza . I told him I wanted a fresh pizza because of what he did with his hair he said sorry again & made me a new pizza, but the pizza he put to the side if someone else ordered that style of pizza most likely he gave them that one. But Papa John's pizza will never have to see another dollar of mines in any of there stores.

Since I don't drive, I rely on friends and family to get around. For a quick meal I rely on Uber Eats. I hear Great reviews about this place. Pizza is a favorite meal for me. Whatever I don't eat will keep in the fridge. Food like that is quickly Gone!

Thought I would give this place another chance. Last time the worker was on the phone, not using gloves, didn't wash his hands. This time - a different man was working there. Taking phone orders, cleaning dirty dishes. Not wearing gloves. Didn't wash his hands. Ignored me to serve someone who came in after me.
Their delivery service is super fast and reliable. The pizza always arrives hot and fresh, just like it came out of the oven. It's perfect for a lazy night in.
