Ordered a pizza and garlic parm breadsticks for delivery. Dry ass breadsticks showed up, totally plain and bare. Called the store who refused to re-deliver or refund us for the breadsticks they messed up. Terrible customer service.

I arrived after the food was ready and was the only person in the store. I was told without being asked my name that my pizzas weren't ready yet, and then the two workers stood conversing with each other and ignoring me for several minutes before they pulled my no longer hot pizzas off a shelf and let me check out.

I tried to call & text the delivery driver at (708)-348-3037, but no one responded. I live one mile from the store, and I called twice. The second time, I was told, "Don't call back; we will call you." This was 30 minutes after the posted delivery time and 10 minutes after it was marked delivered. This is unsatisfactory! You mark my food with the status of "delivered", and when I call to tell you I haven't received my food yet, you tell me, "Don't call back, I'll call you". This is how you treat you rewards members paying for a pizza. please refund my rewards($10), and $35.00 = My tip($5.84) and ($29.16).
