Maybe I bought the wrong things. The loaf of bread was average and the cake was fine but too much frosting for me. The staff were nice and the space is cozy. I’ll try the cookies next time.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this bakery. I ordered a cake for my anniversary, providing a reference picture and clearly outlining the design and details (including banana filling and no jelly on the strawberries) on the order form. Unfortunately, the cake looked nothing like what I requested, and the filling was completely wrong—there were no bananas and there was jelly on the strawberries that I requested not to have. Not only did they fail to follow the instructions, but I also felt the price was way too high for the result. The only positive was that the cake was moist, but that doesn't make up for the frustration. I won’t be returning to this bakery in the future and do not recommend for custom orders.

cookies here are awesome! they have a lemon cake that is a must! this is a hidden gem in Forest Park, tasty food, kind service and a nice place to walk in. they are making donuts also, so feel free to visit and be surprised by the new creations. ☺️

It tastes like a regular bakery. The only downside is that nothing is labeled in the bakery so you’re left to guess flavors and items yourself or ask what something is over and over. The staff wasn’t even sure what two flavors of cakes were and had to double check.

The staff is not friendly. I was asked what I wanted and told what my charge was. I bought chocolate cake squares that were half the size they used to be at "Kays", and they were dense and dry when I served them. Very disappointed.

We ordered a few pastries, enjoyed all of the super fresh and tasty. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, good prices and place looks nice and clean can't ask for much more in the heart of forest park.

The quality isn't the same. I recently purchased an 8 inch buttercream cake with fresh strawberries. It was collapsed in the middle and didn't taste fresh. When I contacted them to let them know what happened, they didn't offer anything for my bad experience. I have been a customer for over 25 years and unfortunately I won't be back. I paid over $35 for this cake. This was my second bad experience. The last time the cake was good but decorated horribly. Like an amateur did it. I'm very disappointed!
