Mess of a company, I applied to be a driver. They had me doing warehouse work, when I can complained about my lower back, they let me go! They never know what’s going on, losing accounts, expensive coffee, rude office people, and weird warehouse workers. The drivers however, are great! Gary deserves a vacation. Sam, you are being taken advantage of! This job made me fear aging!

when your techs are installing equipment, they shouldnt be using other vendors pipping and fittings. please supply your own.

I initially wrote a positive review about this company. However, I placed an order for coffee back in June and had an issue with my order. There is not a number to call on the website, so I tried contacting them twice by email. No response. I tried calling a number I found on Google for a “Philosophy coffee warehouse” in Chicago, and never heard back. So I basically paid $50 for coffee that doesn’t taste right. I cannot recommend a company that does not provide a method for the consumer to contact them. Seems like this is another one of those internet companies that has no accountability to their customers. I would be wary of ordering anything from this company.
