Excellent. Upon entering Portillo 's from the first upbeat 'Welcome' by Security and so on to the cashier glistening smile , another warm welcome. Moving toward your awaited purchase 98!! You don't have to wait!! Some similar rhyme. The entire surrounding and experience is a must visit for the friendliness and fantastic meal. 5 stars always.

Order was easy. They have a counter or self service machines. They were busy. We had hot dogs, fries, onion rings, a strawberry shake, and lemon cake. The place could use a good mopping. Floor was dirty.

I ordered a # 1 (L fry and a small milkshake), with an additional Italian Beef, and a Hot Dog, it was $33 and some change. Both beefs were dipped, but the plastic the sandwich is wrapped in gets most of the juice. They aren't skimpy with the meat, we split the fry, and fed 3 people. PERFECT!
