My niece and I were in town for a funeral we pulled over to park and spotted Scratch Public House. This was the best decision ever the burgers were five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Excellent customer service 👌🏾

I recently visited the new location and was impressed. Although it had been a while since my last visit, I had always been a fan. I ordered a burger and macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken. The burger was exceptional, as always, but the macaroni and cheese was a letdown. It appeared to contain chopped deli-style chicken breast and had an unpleasant taste. The macaroni and cheese itself also tasted off. I was disappointed, as I had always enjoyed it. I'm unsure what changes were made to the macaroni and cheese, but it was not the same. My wife and I lived in Oak Park for five years right down the street from the original FP location and frequently ordered from them, often choosing the macaroni and cheese. Hopefully, the issue was simply a chef who failed to execute the recipe correctly. I’m going to give them another try of course because I used to love this place and hopefully it’s just a one off.
The 2nd time I call to order a turkey burger with specifics like NO CHESSE because of a dairy allergy and they put cheese on the burgers BOTH times. Worst service ever, and the hostess taking the order didn’t make it any better.

Okay I’m just randomly going there very cozy atmosphere and Ariel the service was honest I asked about the chicken versulatius she said I never served that in 3 months and honestly I risk it and was 1/2 chicken rarely cooked covered in some disgusting gelatin and 4-5 slices of baked potatoes, the only good thing was the overcooked baked potatoes, rather than that that special plate should be out of the menu it’s a total disaster doesn’t smell good, doesn’t look good, and definitely doesn’t taste good, but hey I took the risk I’m not doing that again for sure.

Is my second time here, but today experience was really bad, I was sitting at the bar and the guy at the bar was really rude and in a bad mood, not good service at all, making us wait more than 30 min to get a fill for beer, even if I ask for napkins I waited 20 min for that, no any apologies and never had the attitude to at least try to make it up his service “even if he was busy”
