First off hire people who know how to handle cash instead of sitting there with a terrified look on their face when they are handed money. Second hire people who know how to read an order, if I order two drinks and pay for them I expect two drinks not to watch people who came in after me put an order in and leave after me because they didn’t see it said two. I stop at this Starbucks at 11 AM. The cashier seemed in a bad mood and took my order like an automaton. Her face was full of hair and black spots, which did not give a good impression. There were many glasses on the counter for people who preordered. I asked for the bathroom code, but the cashier did not respond. The bathroom was filled with cleaning powder. When I returned, I had to ask which latte was mine, as the cashier with the facial hair did not ask for my name. Starbucks is definitely on the decline. Same old items on the menu and worse service.

Ok first off, everyone at this location is SO nice, helpful, and efficient! I love it. But I probably would not be leaving this review if it were not for the queen - Vera. Always pleasant, always knowledgeable, always accommodating. She remembers you and the things you like. She's not pushy or showy. And I see her helping the other staff all the time. She's compassionate, she's gentle. I swear she might be a saint. If she's not being recognized internally, someone in the company is messing up.
