Ok first off, everyone at this location is SO nice, helpful, and efficient! I love it. But I probably would not be leaving this review if it were not for the queen - Vera. Always pleasant, always knowledgeable, always accommodating. She remembers you and the things you like. She's not pushy or showy. And I see her helping the other staff all the time. She's compassionate, she's gentle. I swear she might be a saint. If she's not being recognized internally, someone in the company is messing up.

It was a nice place for a first meeting. But, I waited entirely too long for my food, and they weren't apologetic or even offered to reheat my sandwich. It was under the wrong name!

My coffee was cold but I was running late so I did not time to complain. The music was too loud. You barely hear orders being call.
They're friendly, but I've had my drinks made here wrong *twice* and one of the times, they remade my drink the wrong way too (it was just a shaken espresso with blonde espresso, like HOW do you mess that up?). The most recent incident, which prompts me to make this public because of how little common sense was used here, was when they shook my cold foam in with my customized shaken espresso instead of placing it on top. This is like putting whipped cream on someone's drink, then shaking it all up. I guess they also don't know that blonde *espresso* exists as they could not possibly comprehend that there was a blonde espresso roast.

nice staff but really you need to hire more people. we are told when the orders will be ready we come and stand for another 10mins because there are only 2 employees not fair to your staff and not fair to the customers Drink was good tho thanks
