Ok first off, everyone at this location is SO nice, helpful, and efficient! I love it. But I probably would not be leaving this review if it were not for the queen - Vera. Always pleasant, always knowledgeable, always accommodating. She remembers you and the things you like. She's not pushy or showy. And I see her helping the other staff all the time. It was a nice place for a first meeting. But, I waited entirely too long for my food, and they weren't apologetic or even offered to reheat my sandwich. It was under the wrong name!
