Worst Subway ever. Way more expensive than any other subway. When confronted to get the same price as other ones, they said every store is different. Payed to get a soft drink coke but the machine wasn't working & they tried to blame it on me for not asking when I specifically asked for a coke soft drink. Overall Bad customer service. Workers have the worst attitude.

Was closed 3 TIMES on 3 different days between 2-4 pm. Ridiculous. And the 1 time I came when it was open, the guy charged me for a footlong and I got the 6 inch sub of the day...will never come back.

They were skimpy on the ingredients. The older short woman was criticizing my order, suggesting it was not appetizing and wouldn't be good. They were out of Diet Coke for the fountain soda, so she just said "just get something else". I asked her to change the diet Coke line and she said "no I'm not gonna do that" I asked her if I could just have a bottle of Diet Coke then and she said "I'll have to charge you extra". It was a horrible experience and I will not come back.

Felt uncomfortable the whole time I was ordering. The employees were very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever!! Very stingy with the toppings. Gave me literally three olives and I asked for more and the old lady was over the girls shoulder telling her to give me two more. I will not be ordering from here anymore!!

They were very skimpy on the veggies for the sandwich. There was an older couple who bickered a lot and a young girl, who looked to be a new hire. The young girl was fine, but the older couple seemed a little cold. I also got a soup and they didn't fill it all the way, haha. In general, they were just very skimpy on the ingredients and they thought it was too much when I asked for more. This place is a mess, lol. I recommend going to another subway.

The Artisans add maybe a quarter of the normal amount of vegetables by default, and are extremely hesitant to go above that amount even when asked. In addition, their soda selection is quite limited. I highly recommend going to the location inside the nearby Walmart.

I dont mean to sound rude with the term old lady, but she shouldn't be working here she cant hear correctly and confuses the ingredients, which btw are NOT FRESH here. She puts weird proportions of them too and very little when i asked for spinach on a footlong she put 3 leaves!!

I didn't like the fact they tried to charge me 4 plus dollars for the 3.99 special before taxes! The total came to 5 plus dollars and then on top of that they try to skim on my meat talking about every store is different. My thing is some people really don't pay attention to how businesses up charge you and don't give you everything you pay for but not me. Bad business practices!
