Honest to GAWD review: the staff have never ever EVER been rude or nasty or have an attitude when we’ve shown up sober… or not, which has made it such a great place to utilize when you have to DD with a car full of silly people.
Now because it’s Taco Bell they have yet to ever get our order right. From something simple to more intricate it’s never been right and there’s been stuff missing or things we didn’t order on it. Now why would I give this place 5 stars still. Because it’s expected at this point. It’s Taco Bell culture. After going to countless Taco Bell’s across the country from Connecticut to Montana I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order correct. Not once. And that’s what makes it unique. You don’t go to Taco Bell to get what you want and be a Karen with 15 food allergies and specifications. You go because you’re hungry and the staff says “here fam, from our kitchen to yours here’s what we think you’ll like. ALSO there’s 10 cars behind you and it’s been like this for 3 hours and we’re understaffed plz go away.” And you end up happy and full no matter what. As we were taught growing up, you get what you get and you don’t get upset.
With all that being said. Dining in or takeout has been a joy, everyone working here has been a pleasure, and the food is exactly what I expect it to be and will continue to expect it to be. So keep on keeping on, and I’ll see you guys soon. Hungry as ever, and excited to see what’s in my bag.

I always come here during the day food always is fresh and hot I went there for the first time tonight the food was terrible and me always eating there I know what it should taste like it was hard cold like it been sitting for a long time so as I pulled to the next window they gave me my order there is absolutely no way

I usually don't reward a messed up order, but they put beef in my veggie taco I went back and told them but I left the receipt at home. There was no fuss and he apologized perfusly and took the taco back. He was so kind about it. He made a new one veggie and smiled best service fast food ever
11:30 on a Monday night, got gestured to go away by a worker. We clearly decided to take our business elsewhere. Because this worker clearly didn’t want to work and we chose not to have our food made by someone who doesn’t want to work. The worker was a smaller lady.

They’re always super nice to me and give me fresh food in a timely manner. I like this one over the Harlem and Randolph location. They don’t even have Baja Midnight anymore at that one… go here if you live in this area instead.

I placed an order for pickup today through the mobile app. When driving off and going through my bag I noticed that an item was missing. I returned to the drive thru to get my item replaced. The staff was extremely helpful and not only did they replace the missing item but they gave me a coupon for a free taco as well. I've had some relatively negative experiences with this location in the past but this interaction definitely has shifted my perspective. I'm very satisfied with the service I received today and will be continuing to come to this location in the future!
