Quite concerning to getting my order in. They consistently ask me to wait briefly each time I ask for 2-3 items. Then then after that is all done, they want me to repeat the order to them once more. The team running in this shift may need some help taking orders. Managers let these folks down, and I wish I was exaggerating.

Place an online order. I get to the drive through and they notify me they don't have the Baja blast zero i ordered. When I check my bag I'm missing the Jalapeño Honey Mustard dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, and a fork for my fiesta potatoes.

Every time there is some issue. Missing items, wrong food, or the best one yet one bite of meat on the cheesy Gordita crunch. That was on top of my missing quesadilla. 5 items total and 2 were messed up. Portions always are lacking at this location.
Employees are cool and welcoming but they really need to be able to to count and read.
