The team that works at this location is always sweet and amazing! I frequent this location and there was an issue with a previous order. I hadn’t been back in a little over a week, but one of the staff remembered forgetting an item. He apologized, and offered a coupon to make up for it. I’m not sure what his name is, but I see him often - I believe he is a supervisor because I’ve seen him training new employees. He is such a sweetheart (every time) and his customer service is always amazing!

Yesterday I waited at the counter 15 minutes to place an order with no one in front of me. I was not acknowledged or greeted by staff. Meanwhile, they processed many drive-thru orders and also assisted someone at the counter with one of their orders. Ultimately, I gave up and went to a different restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous.
