Drove through for the retro caramel apple empanada, one of my favorite Taco Bell menu items. I was really upset when it was removed from the menu and thrilled to enjoy it again. The taste was as wonderful as I remember, but the cost was considerably more. I went back recently, and it's gone from the menu again. I didn't buy anything!

I generally enjoy this location but today was a miss. Esmeralda A was my cashier today, and unfortunately every time she is my cashier she is never kind, she never greets you nor does she have an inviting tone. I asked for napkins with my Luxe cravings box, she said they were in the box. There were only 2 napkins and they were both dirty. I expect better service at the very least. Other employees at this location are very respectful, very kind, and have a positive attitude. Esmeralda A does not. I hope the manager, Valerie, can address this. Thanks.

Every single time I go their there is at least one thing in my order messed up it’s the closest Taco Bell to me and it’s so frustrating how many times I have to either go back there to fix my order or call them to just take it off my balance just please listen and do what’s ordered I don’t get how it’s on the receipt yet not in my bag

Like my review of White Castle, this is more about the location than the quality and taste of the food, because obviously you're not going to either place for the taste. You're going because you're either drunk, high, or feeling too lazy to cook. This location seems to be a bit on the lackluster side, with service taking a bit, and it doesn't seem to be very organized. Also, I think they give drive-through priority over in store customers. But it's still Taco Bell, so if that's what you want, that's what they have

A vegetarian who craves pick up, so sad that the 7 layer burrito is gone. Still I figured it out. A clean new restaurant, competing with brand new chipotle down the street. Service is slower but did is slightly better than usual. Once you get in the one lane pick up lane, there is no getting out

I came into the location yesterday, July 13th around 3pm to enter the drive through to order food. Upon approaching the drive threw the worker told me to wait a min. No explanation. About 5 mins went by and I asked again if I could place my order and again said wait a min no explanation. About 10 to 15 mins pass and I'm frustrated that I haven't placed the order yet. I asked if everything was okay because its been too long. They finally informed me that the system was down. Frustrated I told them the could have said that from the beginning. Knowing they only kept me there to keep a sale I tried to leave the drive through line reversing. The person behind me was on her phone and wasnt paying attention. So I continued to honk my horn to get her attention until we could reverse out. The employee inside (known as Benito) took my honking as me being disrespectful to him and decided to come outside and ask me "do we have a problem" in a threating voice. I don't appreciate employees in an Oak Park Taco Bell making me feel I'm ordering in the back of the yard taco bell and have to worry about honking being seen as a threat and taking the initiative to leave the building(taco bell) to come out and threaten a customer. Very disappointed and will never return. Making a formal complaint Monday with corporate
