I am beyond thrilled with 99 Haus Balloons. I was looking for decor to add to a college graduation celebration in a private dining room at Gibson’s. I contacted several similar companies in the area, and they either were booked, their minimum fee was outrageous, or my job request was too small. When I spoke with Aubrey at 99 Haus Balloons, she immediately assured me that they could fulfill my request and walked me through the steps to order online. I had additional questions after placing the order, and Aubrey was friendly, kind, and helpful with ideas each time. Her attention to detail brought tremendous relief since I was calling from out of state and needed everything to run smoothly once I arrived in Chicago. Aubrey assured me that she was familiar with the restaurant and they had no problems setting up independently while I was at the graduation ceremony. Not only did I receive a confirmation the morning of delivery, but I also received another confirmation once delivery was complete. I was able to walk into the private dining space and admire their beautiful work, which was already set up and ready for guests. It surpassed my expectations. What a relief to have everything handled with ease and no stress. I would highly recommend 99 Haus Balloons.
