I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I recently had a heart-stopping experience that left me shaking and in tears. I was greeted at the door by madly barking, off-leash dogs. I was bit in the face as a kid, and I don't want to shop with or be around off-leash dogs I don't know, much less in a place that also has free tasting samples and food. The owner was very nice and accommodating and stated that they were her "emotional support animals," and she put them in the back while I got my teas and hastily left. However, why is it ok if an "emotional support animal" causes a person distress? I'm so fed up with the permissiveness around dogs in retail spaces, and Todd and Holland is another on my list of businesses I will no longer patronize (despite the owner's offer of free shipping so I don't have to come into the store). This store used to be a quiet, calm, oasis for me, and I loved to browse the wonderful selections of teas and merchandise. But it's now associated with a traumatic memory. I'd consider going back if it were friendly to ONLY trained and certified service animals, but I don't want to shop with unruly, uncontrolled, untrained dogs.

Amazing selection of high quality tea and accessories.

The tea here is exceptional quality. I am so impressed with the variety, quality, and even the prices. I am so happy to support a business in my neighborhood for all my tea. I've bought matcha, green with cherry, a calming chamomile that actually tastes good, and a hibiscus. They also sell supplies. They're very nice and friendly too. Support local business!!!!

What a wonderful gem of a store! The aesthetics of the store is simply gorgeous and the teas are Devine. My husband and I were so excited to visit! We met the owner and we're even more impressed with the business. We have grand plans for an infused tea blend and we look forward to partnering with this beautiful store in the future.
