I have been craving a brownie sundae after several attempts at getting one from dunkin i decided to order from here the brownie was amazing but the ice cream had something of a gone bad smell and taste so I used ice cream I had at home maybe the ice cream machine just needs a real thorough deep clean and it'll probably solve the problem other than that I would order that brownie 700 times again the way they dip the entire thing in chocolate is just want I needed to help with the stresses of life and definitely excited to order from there again maybe even take the kids inside one day

Twisted Cookie is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Joana is very nice. The bakery is in good condition. Amazing cookie cupcake. Must come back. 10/10.

I tried the turtle brownie, berry cookie, and chocolate banana milkshake — and wow, everything was amazing! I’m a huge brownie lover, and these were next-level delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering again I would give 10 stars if I could. try this place you will not be disappointed!

Cookies were cold like they were not fresh and just pulled from a freezer. I expect a cookie bakery to bake fresh cookies. Were hard and not that great (chocolate chip). For $5 per cookie you would expect something delicious. Not good.

Best cookies in Chicago western suburbs. Recommend the cake cookies. Shipped Twisted cookies to my sister out of state and she loved them.

Excellent!! I had the smores sundae, my wife had the strawberry shortcake swirl, my daughter had a coated brownie with vanilla ice cream on top. It was really good! We are picky dessert people, these 3 were all rave review worthy. Will definitely revisit when back in Chicago!

This spot is so cute with a clean, quaint aesthetic that feels both cozy and modern. The dessert menu is stacked with options: brownies, cookies, shakes, ice cream, even apple pie—and here's the kicker: you can make any of them a la mode with your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or the chocolate swirl (highly recommend the swirl if you're feeling indecisive). The self-service option for ordering was also convenient.
Everything tasted fresh and indulgent without being over-the-top sweet. It's clear they put thought into every item on the menu. I ordered 4 cookies to-go, an iced latte, and a cookie monster a-la mode as a gift. The treats come individually wrapped and fridge temperature which is great for extended freshness. They also give you the option to warm them up if desired. All of the flavors were great, but the Apple Pie Cookie was my favorite!
Street parking was surprisingly easy, but I did go around 9PM and am not familiar with the area, so I'm uncertain what parking would look like at other times.
If you're in the area (or even if you're not), this place is absolutely worth a stop. Whether you're craving something warm and gooey or cold and creamy, Twisted Cooking delivers.

I spent a lot of time just to leave empty handed and empty stomached.
First, the cashier had difficulty completing the transaction - he says because I used cash.
Then both employees skipped making my order and were serving groups that came into the store after me.
After I told them, one apologized but went ahead with another order anyway.
I seemed not to get attention until I asked for my money back. Then I was told it was impossible, that they didn't know how, etc., until I stated they have to, that they took my money and gave me no service. I asked to escalate to their boss. And only then were they able to refund me.
