I typically don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately disappointed by the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and I can see why there’s a “Help Wanted” sign up—this place could really use better management and a stronger team. It was clear the employees weren’t happy to be there, and it negatively affected my visit. I’d recommend saving your money and time elsewhere

I simply love twisted cookies, the establishment, the owners, the quality of your cookie. The service is just always a very pleasant and upbeat vibe when you’re there. They have specialty cookies that have Shakes it’s always a new cookie when I go and the best sellers stay on the menu,it’s a very amazing treat to just take my family there for us to get shakes and different cookies every month. ❤️❤️❤️

Twisted Cookie has the right ingredients to make visits memorable and family time, sweet. The neighborhood spot serves up fresh baked goods, soft serve ice cream, shakes and Twisted Cookie's take on a parfait... The Twirl. The quality and selection of milkshakes are amazing. We tried the Cookie Monster, Ube Shake and a Brownie Twirl. All had their own unique baked treat added and were deliciously devoured. The Brownie Twirl had brownie bites mashed between chocolate syrup and soft serve. Brownie lovers .. allthough dunked in soft serve the brownie were quite good. I would think stellar with Brownie Ends. With a menu, tastes and affordable options it's going to be hard to stay away. Really happy to experience The Twisted Cookie staff taking pride in the quality selection as well. The atmosphere at Twisted Cookie is only due to lack of seating options for families of four or more. Even a large slab that sits 8-10 would be a welcome addition IMO.

The treats here are awesome. The service was great. I loved my creamsicle shake. My wife had the apple pie cookie with ice cream. I got to taste that too, it was marvelous.
came upon this place when we arrived at the Ronald Mc Donald house in Hines. we were met by Joana who made us feel so welcome and we felt right at home. we had to go back before we went home to meet her again. Kids adore this place as do we. definitely worth a trip, nice coffee too. well done Joana xx we will miss you but stay in touch

Great cookies, even better ice cream/milkshakes. I would even go as far to say that the ice cream options are better then from brown cow just down the street. Strawberry shortcake twist was very good, as well as key lime and chocolate shakes. They sadly did not have the creamsicle shake that I was wanting when Iast visited but they do have some more creative flavors such as ube. Great option for desserts.

I normally love this place but yesterday was a horrible experience. I ordered a key lime pie shake however wrong shake was made. Fine..its hard to hear. But...the woman working the register proceeded to argue with me about what I said ...repeatedly insisting...and then told me to try it and if I didnt like it THEN she would make me another (after I told her I hated pecans). She was so rude I dont want anything else from this shop. Would love my $3 tip back too!
