I ordered carry out, got there, they said they’re still waiting on my fries, i sit down for 25 minutes, I go up to ask if my order to finished and they said yes. The concept of letting their customers know if their order is ready is foreign to them…… By the time i ate my food it was cold.

This wing stop is where they give uber orders to random people being very rude when asked Do Not Use This Location for uber eats to many people I know never gets there good it seems like they are in on a scam…..

Nicole the cashier, the one who attended me, had an attitude when taking my order. My mom asked her if she speaks spanish and she ignored us completely. She got mad by the look of her face when we wanted to make a change.

This place has gone down hill as of late. I order my food online thru the app and i get at the the time its supposed to be ready tell me why i still had tow wait more than 30 min and the employees move so slow not organized at all. The girl at the front kept on saying 10 more minutes and still nothing. Customer service here sucks. Then i want a refund and they tell me they cant give it to me since i ordered online. That i would have to talk to a store manager n ofcourse there is no manager in so i had to wait another 8 min for my food making it more than 40 min wait time for an online order. Nothing offered fore free for the wait worst service ever. Employees need retraining and store manager needs to do better. Never coming again. Avoid at all cost!!!

I’ve been ordering from this location for almost 4 years now because they are consistent, but they HAVE GOT to do something about handling doordash and regular customers. I’ve had too many experiences where I’m waiting to pick up my mobile order and doordashers jump the line.

I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up my order that I could literally see on the counter because they all just crowded around the counter. Either make everyone get into a single line and then wait for their order to be called out, or have two people working the front - one for doordashers and one for regular customers. One poor employee shouldn’t have to deal with people placing orders, answering the phone to take orders, and dealing with the UTTER RUDENESS OF DOORDASHERS.

It makes me so mad every time, I might just start going to a different location.

To all Wingstops. Take those boneless bites off your menu because 16.00 bucks for 6 chi ken balls is ridiculous. Never again. .

Service was so horrible! They served me old food and very salted fries. I have a picture to prove my negative review! After calling in, I agreed to come back another day to have my order remade. I placed my order and waited the time of 25miniutes given to me. However, after waiting, I was told my order was never processed. It was then made immediately! However, when I got home, it was plain wings and i clearly asked for half hot, half garlic parmesan, totally not what I ordered. I didn't go back or call to complain! I was fed up, tired and didn't want to be bother! I just counted it as a loss!!!! And they can count me as a customer that will never come back!!! However, Im going to call their corporate office to share my experience!
