I wish I could give this mcdonalds 0 stars. Use to be a great store as many in decatur are absolutely horrible. but this one is now roped in to a mcdonalds i will have to avoid. over the last month they have messed up my order on multiple occasions. but tonight was the cherry on top. ordered a big mac and added bacon, they didn’t put the burger meat on so my husband returned after driving all the way home back to the store to get it fixed and they couldn’t even make a fresh sandwich, just threw on patties and called it a day. i also wanted fresh fries since he had to drive all the way back and i ordered a meal, so i wanted to enjoy the fries with my sandwich and they declined to give a fresh fry. i use to be a manager at a restaurant and i would NEVER and have NEVER just threw on the missing part of an order and not offer ANYTHING in return for a mess up. disgusting behavior and disgusting as the box the big mac was in was in my house and in my husbands hand and brought back to their kitchen. dont eat here. ever. these kids have no morals or work ethic at all. you get paid to do your job the right way. i choose to spend my money i make here and i get shitty service everytime. never again.

Kid-friendliness: I can't get what I need on this app so here it goes I go to the maroa McDonald's all the time and today I go in and I give them my order two sausage McMuffins and two medium coffee's with two cream and five sugars in both and a steak egg and cheese with extra sauce and a LG frappe to go and I always offer to make my own coffees but the man who took my order said they were making them so I said ok then they brought me my food and frappe but no coffees so I asked for them and thean in the back started hollering at me about I was supposed to make my own so I told them I did offer to make my own coffees it made me so angry I can't believe they acted like that bad customer service 🐕🦺

Oatmeal very runny. They told me let it sit. It sat already 15 minutes. My Mcmiffin was burnt and they told me it's supposed to be burnt. Very nasty attitudes. The manager was on the front line saying this not Starbucks. I guess that's were I should have went to get great service. I oder from McDonald's everywhere and never have gotten this bad off service. It was a waist off my money because I had to go somewhere else to eat.
