Always love Panda Express, but the service at this one is slow, not from the employees but all the Door Dashers that get preferential treatment \\u0026 cut the line. Sucks when you are working in the area, and just want to get lunch, but takes 20-30 minutes because of all the Door Dashers.

This place is a joke. I place a mobile order 30 minutes ago, got to the restaurant to pick it up and 15 people are standing in line waiting for their mobile orders. All orders on the screen are showing ready to pick-up, but no orders are sitting on the shelf. When I asked the cashier she said that they were working on it... that was 15 minutes ago and still not ready. I do not recommend either mobile ordering or dining in at this location. It's been a mess since they moved into this building!

This place is never fully staffed, always out of food and full of excuses. Refused to take cash at the drive through because manager didn’t want to count cash? Glad of the new location and the ability to drive through instead of going into the mall but goodness, get your business together.

I understand busyness in a restaurant but this place sucked bad. Workers had attitudes, one worker was disrespectful to a door dash person when I was waiting to pay for my food. Not one employee was smiling, tables weren't cleaned and both trash can locations were overflowing. My teriyaki chicken wasn't even fully cooked......Overall bad experience, way worse than when they were inside the mall. I also would have figured that getting a standalone building, there would be more seating but appears to be not much more than when they were inside the mall. If I could rate them a -5 star I would. I even have a pic of the trash but ironically I am unable to post it with my review. I expected better for my money but just didn't happen, doubt I will ever come back and funny thing is, I love panda, or err well I did love it!!!!

The first time I tried to visit the new location, I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes only to make it to the order screen and be told that their credit card machine was down and that they were accepting cash only.The drive thru line in general and wait time here is Absolutely Ridiculous. Be prepared to wait. Sometimes they even lock their doors in the middle of lunch hour for no reason at all. This new Panda Express location is a hot mess.2/25/2023 at 11am there was a RUDE female staff working the drive thru. When I pulled into the drive thru she told me it wasn’t open yet. Since it was already 11am I asked when it does open. She rudely replied that it opens whenever they get enough people in there. I just as rudely told her she didn’t need to be a smart a**. Not dealing with long lines and attitudes like that. Not worth it

Poorly ran establishment! Placed order online waited 30mins after pick up realized order was not getting made so waited in line only to be ignored for another 15mins. Employees was extremely rude when I asked about my order kept stating order was never placed yet you walk over to the pick up screen name was the first one...so once again asked for my order then the ghetto lady from drive thru came up talking disrespectful so i politely stated to refund my order since the entire crew did not want to work only to have to wait another 5mins for orange chicken to be made omg how do u have 7 employees working and still can't run the restaurant. Oh and we didn't receive the entire order at that not worth going back to get it because it would probably take another business day just to complete it. Horrible if you need someone to run this establishment u have my contact information!

TLDR: Do NOT order for online pickup unless you want to waste 30-40 minutes waiting inside once you get there.(review is for NEW location by the mall)Twice now I’ve ordered online for pickup. Both times, after waiting 15-20 minutes to arrive, I’ve had to wait longer once inside, than those customers waiting in line to actually order in the restaurant.Kind of defeats the purpose for a restaurant to allow for online pickup orders, then not actually fill the order until the person has arrived……or significantly AFTER arrival.Today, I had to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant and finally had to stop a worker to ask where my order was as it had disappeared from the online pickup screen after being “in process” for 20+ minutes.

I made the mistake of pulling in to the lot to find sign on door saying "drive thru only". In no more time it took me to back out and turn my car around the drive-thru line was so long, blocking the ingress/egress, and I couldn't get out of the lot for 15 minutes. No one would allow me to get out, and there's only one way in/out of the lot. I literally thought we were going to need traffic control from MSO. It's a terrible idea to only have one entrance/exit for the business. I guess I don't really need Panda Express that bad. Imagine ...just imagine, how many other people might feel the same? Not good Panda.Parking: Terrible

TERRIBLE! Customer service didn't exist. The first lady behind the counter was rude and not focused. I gave her my order twice and she kept trying to put something in my tray that i didnt ask for. She was very rushy. The environment for a new establishment was dirty and unappetizing. The tables were all dirty as well as the floor. Customers would go to counter asking for a clean table and was given a wet towel to clean themselves. The garbage was overflowing and couldnt add anything else to it. It looked aweful. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR A LONG TIME IF THAT. Makes me wonder what the cooking area is like. I hope the Macon County Health Department pays them visit. Sure to eventually have mice and bugs in the future. Don't waste your time to eat here nor recommend.

Ate here Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022. Server said "what can I get you" then she immediately started a conversation with her co-worker. Then she walked away! The other server took our order. Overall, very unfriendly, rude and unwelcoming. We're done with this particular Panda Express.

Been waiting in line 25 minutes after placing an online order for pick up. The last time it was the same so be prepared to wait or go elsewhere. It does no good to order online for pick up. Sad

DO BETTER!Lunch time on a Monday. Three employees in the entire store. Out of sweet-and-sour sauce. Out of all appetizers. And not just out like they didn’t have any cooked out and if they don’t have anymore in the store. Every drink in the fountain machine was out of syrup except for root beer. Stood there for five minutes waiting for fountain drinks to be fixed. Finally had to settle for root beer. Do better for side panda express do better!!!

Went there today for the first time ever, the food was very good however Ariel was very rude!!! You could tell we had never ate there and none of the food was labeled the line was very long which is ok but to finally get toOrder and be rushed n talked to rudely is not acceptable!! Kindness doesn’t cost a thing but your food does!! Not knowing what the food is called all I could do was point to it, Ariel rudely said I have no idea what you’re pointing to! (With eye rolls) also didn’t have a full menu due to the new location opening she rudely stated you’ll have to go there to get what I asked for! I won’t return to this location, as I stated kindness doesn’t cost a thing maybe one should explain that to Ariel
