The server was VERY RUDE to all the customers. She kept cutting me off and other customers as well when we tried to order. And the cashier wanted to argue with me about what we had ordered , When she got our order mixed up with the person in front of us. If anyone wanted to go to this place. Hope there not rude to u!!

Dont try, i got food poisoning from here today. It really sucks
Food was decent to delicious but service was the worst ever. Ice machine broken and all fountain drinks were flat (no carbonation). Informed store manager and after she came and sampled Diet Coke and root beer, she said they were fine. There was absolutely no foam in her cup of root beer and another patron standing next to me complained about the drinks as well.
Not a good response by management when she tried to persuade me that there was not an issue with the carbonation.
Styrofoam plates are smaller now and serving sizes were considerably less than what has been served in the past What used to cost me $23.00 a few years ago, now cost $32.00 and I’m getting less.
Seating area needed cleaning, especially after a young boy was permitted to climb all over benches because he didn’t want to eat and his parents were oblivious to what he was doing because they were on their phones.
Tonight, for the first time, I can honestly say that Panda was an overall disappointment. I hope this was an isolated experience because I’d hate to see Panda fade away like other restaurant chains have.

Yall do not treat people of color with respect at all. I do not appreciate how yall let someone that is a different tone walk in and just take a mobile order. I waited patiently just to be looked a funny and ignored. I came in to grab a mobile order which I had proof of picking up. The lady gone tell me no and snatch the food out my hand so I proceeded to snatch the food back out her hand and showed her that it was my order that I was picking up. Not everyone is a thief . It’s Panda express. Food is not even good . I will no longer continue spending my money in an atmosphere that likes to pull racial cards . Not cool at all and not appropriate. It’s 2024 please grow up not everyone is ignorant. You guys will never worry about me coming back up there as a costumer nor would I apply to work there either. Also tell your workers to stop using other people’s names

The best Panda Express that I have ever visited. The food was excellent! The service was excellent! Everyone there deserves something for doing such a great job! Unfortunately, I didn't get any names. I assume the person who took my order was the manager. Her and the cashier should be recognized for their dedication to good service. It is Tuesday, May 14th. I was at the store around 5:00 pm. I ordered 2 Bigger plates, and I drove a huge yellow truck.
