A good choice for people who are health conscious. A main staple for me when it comes to a huge meal for lower calories than most. Knowing the menu helps a lot with this. Getting super greens instead of noodles or rice helps a lot and subbing orange chicken with mushroom chicken or chicken teriyaki makes a huge portion for under 600 calories. A nice change compared to other fast food restaurants that have minimal low calorie options. The people are always helpful and kind. They sometimes may take 10- 20 minutes if you go past 7 pm. I love this restaurant.

We got it for New Year's. Was really disappointed the staff there was polite courteous. They had it ready for us quick. The noodles were not as good as they normally are. New York's chicken same and the beef and broccoli it was. It was a pretty big letdown. I did find out for a little under $200. You can get a whole bunch of catering

I ordered noodles and orange chicken through the drive thru. I got to the window they asked me what I ordered like they didn’t even know what I was in line for. I checked my bag to see if order was correct it wasn’t I go in to get my correct order. I watched this guy who looked to be training someone else use the same food I brought in that was wrong for someone else’s order. Very disappointing and customer service wasn’t the best.

Effingham is one of our favorite ones. We do not go to the one in decatur because they are rude. And there's a lot of people that say they are rude. I just don't go there in decatur

I usually go into this location, but since it was downpour raining and I'm pretty damn pregnant, I figured I would just deal with the drive thru.
After a 15 minute wait in the drive thru line, it was my turn to order and asked for a bigger plate with chow mein, 2 servings of sweet fire chicken and super greens. My order didn't show up on the screen and I was told my price and to come around. Another 15 minutes of waiting and I finally get to the window. On the receipt they handed me said fried rice instead of chow mein. I asked the window person about this and they confirmed it is still supposed to be chow mein. Another 10ish minutes later and my order comes out. I do a quick check and it looked like they put chow mein instead of fried rice *phew*
I get home, start eating my food and start finding fried rice. Thinking wtf, I dug around a little bit and there was a whole heaping pile of fried rice under the chow mein.
Now, I don't mind there food and something like this wouldn't be an issue, but I don't like fried rice in the slightest. I didn't even ask for it and tried to confirm that I was still getting chow mein.
So did they straight up lie and try to cover it up? Did they really think I wanted both? idk but my prego self is mad enough to leave a complaint since I'm not gonna go waddling back and cry about it in person since I already started eating it.
Just gonna be disappointed and probably not go for a while in protest...

Complete BS! Ordered a plate with orange chicken and black pepper steak and they gave me 4 1/2 small pieces….very small pieces of steak. I don’t know if it was pure laziness because they were low on steak or incompetence but that is ridiculous.
I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes (there were only 4 cars in front of me) to be told that the item I ordered wasn’t available and they didn’t know how long it would take to make it. I drove away without any food because I was annoyed after waiting so long.

I ordered online and got the wrong food. When I called, they said they would make it right. I just needed to give them my name. Well, they said I took too long to come back, so they never did fix my problem.

Chow Mein was very sticky chewy texture like sat to long or not cooked long enough the orange chicken was not fresh cream cheese ragoon nasty egg rolls ok I guess not best to go when they first open usually a lot better staff are very nice store is clean
