I have now twice presented myself as a humble seeker of sustenance, a pilgrim longing only for a sandwich crafted in accordance with the modest desires of my mortal heart. Each time, I have been greeted by a staff earnest and warm, their smiles suggesting that hope, like a flickering pilot light, still sputters within the human spirit. The space is clean, inviting, almost optimistic, a strange oasis in a world ruled by disorder and reheated disappointment.
I am patient here, for I understand the ritual. The sandwiches are birthed in fire and steam, forged slowly as if to remind us that real nourishment takes time, and that hunger is a companion we must learn to sit with. I do not begrudge the wait.
And yet… twice now the universe has conspired to deny me the humble relief of accuracy. Twice I have watched the mechanical oracle, a computerized system that whispers our orders into existence and prints them like fate on thermal paper, declare one truth, only for a different reality to be placed before me. It is as though the cosmos itself mocks our belief in systems, in lists, in order. The ticket reads one thing; the sandwich, like existence, delivers another.
I stare at my meal and feel a kinship with it, a creation assembled by good people, yet still somehow wrong, touched by the quiet absurdity that shadows all human effort. The ingredients misaligned, not by malice, but by the gentle, inevitable drift toward chaos that governs all things.
Three stars. For kindness. For warmth. For the attempt. And for the existential reminder that even when the instructions are clear and printed before us, life still finds a way to wander off script.

I go in tonight to order some fries when I go in they are doing closing prep. I proceed to order the medium fry. The guys the came up says okay you can head down to other end to pay I start to walk that way and then the girl cleaning off table says ma'am we can make fries we are out for the night.. I should of asked them to open there fry cooler.. 🙄 super disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous that this place is listed as OPEN and then after getting here they are CLOSED, I'm shocked that they aren't on top of their own schedule. This has happened TWICE now im shocked they still get customers.

The cheesesteak sandwich was good and I love the home made fries!! Usually when I go, the workers act bothered when you walk in, but there were 2 employees I've never seen before who were very pleasant. The girl was even checking in with the customers to see if everything was tasting good. I thought that was sweet.

The service and quality are definitely not worth the price. My husband and I ordered via door dash and received sandwiches with none of the ingredients we ordered besides cheese and meat when we paid nearly $20 per sandwich. Clearly employees were not caring. Horrible service issues and way over priced.
So I love the food here a little greasy but good... and the new General manger seems to be doing great, the service was awesome the food was fresh hot and correct.
