I had such a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Aida. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly kind and polite, making us feel welcome right away. She frequently checked up on us throughout the meal, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Aida’s attentiveness and warm personality really stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service like hers deserves to be recognized—I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!

We were seated promptly when we arrived. Our waitress introduced herself as Aida and was very cordial. If we needed anything she made sure that were taken care of. She was very nice and personable. The food was good and the service was great! We will be returning and recommending.

Waited almost thirty minutes for a togo. Finally got the food and it was cold. Not worth the fifty dollars spent.

First the Fried Foods (popcorn shrimp, flounder, and walts shrimp) were all over cooked. They were edible but barely, the waitress said she would tell Manager but all the Manager did was stare at us.
Drinks were great only comment is the amount of time for refills.
Butter Bay Biscuits were outstanding.
Waitress was ok, few lapses in bringing Cole slaw with one dish and having Sour Creme on my potatoe.
All of this could be overlooked if were busy but there were only 4 tables with customers.
Aida was my server she was amazing one of the best I've had had i will return based just on her her service . She will be who I ask for from now on . If you go dine in ask for her she's the best!!
