The best Steak 'n Shake I've had since covid lockdown. Other than the lack of service from employees because of the kisosk, they answered my questions and helped us with a really polite attitude. They were great and the food was great. I only put 4 stars in service because of the kiosks. Everything was great overall!

Since covid, most of these restaurants have went downhill from a customer service perspective. You have to wait on yourself with no wait staff available. Drive thru is fine as is the food, but forget about going inside. These are no longer our restaurants of choice.

We had bad tasting ice cream in a shake and went to the manager. She belittled my wife and was very rude. Won't be back.

The food was really good and the place was clean. However, it was weird needing a QR code to get a soda. It was difficult to do for my child using a mobility aid.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking and facility itself are wheelchair friendly. The soda machine with the QR code is harder for those with mobility aids.

Haven't been in years but won't be back. I left a tip and regretted it when they couldn't even say my name. It's very simple but just couldn't do it. I'm so over. Burgers were greasy but okay. Fries were crispy. But limited drinks? Really? I'm waiting on myself. Cleaning up after myself and ya'll limit the refills. I don't recommend tipping here, and I don't recommend ordering burgers. They don't even clean the tables after people leave, so it's far from sanitary.
