You have to scan a QU code on your receipt to use the soda fountain, except the receipts don’t always print with QR codes. My onion butter burger had 16 thin strips of onion and a slab of unmelted butter on top of them. Disappointed.

Took about 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. Very clearly needing more people. Prioritized the drive through more than inside orders causing the long wait time. Over all staff seems to be doing the best they can with the little staff they had.

Service was bad. Didn't get the order correct. Left customers standing at the counter for service on item that they didn't get. And ignored all of them.

Tonight's experience was nowhere near satisfactory. If negative stars was an option, that would definitely be the choice! There is absolutely no service since they are kiosk friendly only!!

I'm not one to make bad reviews but I've never in my life had such an awful experience at a fast food restaurant before. We ordered 3 kids meals & 2 burger meals, 3 shakes & a couple juice boxes in the drive through. Each kids meals had no fries, we didn't get any of the sauces, no napkins at all & we received half of someone elses order of some kind of chilli spaghetti? Even after fixing the order the fries were cold, chicken was cold. Burgers were alright. Shakes shined & it was nice they let us keep the spaghetti. Absolutely not worth $47 with all the options around & it felt comical to have so many mistakes in one order.

There is really no service anymore, it is self serve from ordering at a kiosk to getting your drinks. But it was still very good and clean.

This location was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I usually value great customer service and would typically drive away if treated poorly, but this was a nostalgic stop for our family while visiting. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I greeted the staff politely and tried to engage kindly, but I was ignored and then spoken to rudely. When I asked if anyone was there, the employee responded with “I’m just waiting on you,” which felt completely unacceptable.
I tried to stay calm because my kids were excited, but this type of treatment is not something I would normally tolerate. While I hope the employee may have been having a bad day or it was a busy holiday period, this experience was unprofessional, and we will not be returning to this location. I hope management considers additional training or support for staff, as this was a very negative experience.

The western bbq bacon burger was great, messy but don't change it! The fries were cold. I don't like that there us no counter person just a screen, staff were definitely not happy to be at work that day, I know why the parking lot was empty. Also don't like the refill scan thing.

The shake machine was broken and when asking for a refund one little snowflake about had a meltdown. The manager was very respectful about it. Why no one figured out how to post a sign so folks stop ordering Shakes is beyond me.
