Took about 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. Very clearly needing more people. Prioritized the drive through more than inside orders causing the long wait time. Over all staff seems to be doing the best they can with the little staff they had.

The western bbq bacon burger was great, messy but don't change it! The fries were cold. I don't like that there us no counter person just a screen, staff were definitely not happy to be at work that day, I know why the parking lot was empty. Also don't like the refill scan thing.

Trying to keep seniors from being able to eat here. No wait staff, kiosk ordering only...No one to explain how to get the soda machine to give drinks.. finally figured out you have to scan a ticket to get the drinks...not a fan of all the automated kiosks..no service anymore. Won't come back here in future...
