My husbands steak was overly burnt and was suppose to be medium rare… we ordered a dozen rolls and didn’t receive them, our child’s chicken “Tenders” weren’t tenders at all they were crunchy breading balls, literally nothing chicken about them. Pick up was requested for 6pm, we arrived at 6 and our food was luke warm at best. Attempted calling for 45 mins without any luck of reaching anyone. Very dissatisfied and sad that this was what our experience was for nearly $60.

Steak was so chewy I could barely eat half of it , her was tough like ham. We was missing gravy for kids mashed potatoes. The rolls were good. All said and done it was like eating at a horrible buffet. Thanks

DO NOT GO HERE if you have a party of more than 5. They will not seat your party together. We got placed across the restaurant from the other couple thay we came with because we had 6( including kids). Another business we are gonna loose to poor decisions.

This restaurant is a disaster. We got into the wait list it says 30 min we got there on time and the girl in the door confirm us on the wait list right away making us wait 1 hour 15 min for a table. I got a text when I got there that I was just added to the list when I made 30 min before. Then good was ok. Music was terrible loud that we can't even talk. Also heat was extremely hot. Later our waitress told us they do that to make people leave soon. Worst restaurant in decatur area. They have cero respect for customers and waiting list is a joke. That woman should be fire for incompetent

Used to be a five star review. But after Saturday night it’s a 1. Should be none, I understand being busy but when someone orders a full rack of ribs, they should be full rack. When you ask the waitress she says let me get a manager, no manager comes to the table. And she didn’t return until we were pretty much done. Never gave us our ticket, got tired of waiting so paid on the payment screen at the table. She never seemed concerned about the issue I had. No manager came by. This place used to be better.

This was the worst Texas Roadhouse experience I have ever had. I waited over two hours for a to go order that was served cold. Me and many other patrons waited over two hours for our orders. Extremely poor management and execution of services. Lobby wasn’t busy and 6 people working a window still couldn’t get our order right. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
