service was good; Reagan did her best maneuvering around a large group that was there for a birthday.
I'd probably try for seating that wasn't next to a large group for a future visit. they had kids running around playing tag or hide and seek while other people were eating dinner.
possibly visit again is a maybe.

Took my husband out here for his birthday, along with my son. We all ordered the 6 0z sirloin & rib combo. The sirloin was all good. But ALL Of our ribs were so dry they were horrible. My steak fries had so much salt on them, they weren't edible, along with my green beans. We waited an hour for our food, so wasn't sending it back to wait again. Saw trays of food taken to tables & taken Back to the kitchen 3 different times. Very disappointed today.

It's our celebration outing, I've never had a bad meal here . I'm sure you know it's not cheap, but what steak is? We went between lunch and supper and it was still packed! We had not called ahead so we waited @15 minutes, not terrible. Use their call ahead if you hate waiting...

Steak was tough. The steak I received last night was not the standard steak I normally have recieved from Texas Roadhouse. Not only was the steak tough but a few hours after eating at TR I developed stomach cramping and diarrhea. I not sure what caused the diarrhea. It could have been a result from the house salad. But as I stated the steak I received last night at the TR in Decatur, IL was not up to the usual TR steaks I have received in the past. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.

The food I had at the restaurant was good, my take out order was a huge disappointment. The chicken breasts were overcooked, dry and without flavor. The potatoe had a really big bad spot in it, yuck. There was no brown sugar or butter included for the sweet potato. Will I return? Yes…but I won’t get take out here again.

Waiting in our car for food and just watched a server come out to his red Ford car, take a bunch of stuff from his server apron and throw them out and litter. Didn't get his name, but he's a big guy with a lot of hair on head and face. Totally disgusting. And for that, I think we're done eating here. Grossed out for sure.
