I want to share this as a heads-up for others. My friend became very ill with shigella food poisoning after eating here recently. While the staff was friendly, this experience raises serious concerns about food safety and handling. I hope management takes steps to ensure stricter hygiene so no one else has to go through this.

I went here about a few weeks ago and got a gluten free burger. Not sure if they changed their formulation for the gluten free bun but it was by far the best bun/burger I've had in years 😭

Does any chain provide great service anymore? 25 minutes ordering and waiting for a burger and fries. Also, the ice cream pint that I ordered to bring back was rock solid and was a month old, I expected like a newly packed pint. Not one that is still in my freezer because it was too frozen to eat when I bought it.

McDonalds is getting way overpriced and food is....ok at best. Thought I'd try Culvers in FRG. Was NOT dissapointed! For about the same price you get a DELICIOUS, HOT, LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE burger, huge portion of hot crispy fat fries and a soft drink of your choice! I'm not one to take pictures of my food, but I did! It was a masterpiece! Loved it!

Horrible service, walked in excited, didn’t even get greated , waited almost five minutes, nothing, I was noticed but that’s it, walked out because I realized no one was gonna take my order

Culvers never lets down!! In particular my son and i get the shrimp baskets and the root beer float or Creamsicle float. Soooo good. Plus at least this location always gets our order right. No matter how big or small and no matter how busy. And the employees are always friendly
