Does any chain provide great service anymore? 25 minutes ordering and waiting for a burger and fries. Also, the ice cream pint that I ordered to bring back was rock solid and was a month old, I expected like a newly packed pint. Not one that is still in my freezer because it was too frozen to eat when I bought it.

McDonalds is getting way overpriced and food is....ok at best. Thought I'd try Culvers in FRG. Was NOT dissapointed! For about the same price you get a DELICIOUS, HOT, LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE burger, huge portion of hot crispy fat fries and a soft drink of your choice! I'm not one to take pictures of my food, but I did! It was a masterpiece! Loved it!

Horrible service, walked in excited, didn’t even get greated , waited almost five minutes, nothing, I was noticed but that’s it, walked out because I realized no one was gonna take my order

Culvers never lets down!! In particular my son and i get the shrimp baskets and the root beer float or Creamsicle float. Soooo good. Plus at least this location always gets our order right. No matter how big or small and no matter how busy. And the employees are always friendly
Culver's in FRG is always clean, quick and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Always a good experience and the staff is happy to accommodate and fix any mistakes if they happen.

Parking: Large free parking lot with handicap spots near the front door.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, has a kids menu and meals for a variety of prices.

Popular mid-western fast food chain known for their ice cream desserts. Cash & credit cards accepted. Staff personable and prompt service.Didn't try the burgers but maybe should have? Their chicken tenders (buffalo style) were a bit soggy but piping hot, and the Frank's Red Hot Sauce had a great bite. Cheese curds were ok for the first minute or two but as soon as they started to cool off they were much less palatable. Onion rings were good.
Vegetarian options: Onion rings? French fries? Not much otherwise...

Once again, I was very disappointed in the "Flavor of the Day" which was basically indistinguishable from plain vanilla. Indoor seating area was over run by loud, obnoxious middle schoolers....at least 15 of them....walking and jumping barefooted all over the upholstered bench seating.Management did NOTHING during my 30-minute meal with my equally appalled granddaughters!
I Dined Inside, Food Was Ready Fast And The Service Was Professional, And Friendly.
