If I could give zero stars I would. We went to this location and the guy that was closing started telling us that he has been slammed all day. We walked in around little before 8:40pm and he stated that he only had certain ingredients left which we were okay with it. He did not want to attend us, he said “Panera is open”.

Okay so I've ordered from this particular location probably over 50-100 times and while I have never had poor customer service I don't think I can say that I've ever had great customer service. Until my call with Matt. Said he's been there a couple months and he was not only very polite but sounded pleasant and like he knew what he was doing. Made the whole process really simple and pleasant. The food is always good too, rarely have I ever had any bad bread or missed toppings and if I have they hooked me up the next time.

“Freaky fast”? Not even close. I live under a mile from this location and it takes on average an hour for delivery. I get everyone is short staffed so I can put aside it takes about 30 mins to even make the sandwich but once I get the notification that it’s out for delivery it takes another 30 mins give or take for it to actually be delivered. 20-30 mins to go less than a mile by car??? Ridiculous.. I miss the days when I would place my order and receive my order in under 20 mins…
