Okay so I've ordered from this particular location probably over 50-100 times and while I have never had poor customer service I don't think I can say that I've ever had great customer service. Until my call with Matt. Said he's been there a couple months and he was not only very polite but sounded pleasant and like he knew what he was doing. Made the whole process really simple and pleasant. The food is always good too, rarely have I ever had any bad bread or missed toppings and if I have they hooked me up the next time.

“Freaky fast”? Not even close. I live under a mile from this location and it takes on average an hour for delivery. I get everyone is short staffed so I can put aside it takes about 30 mins to even make the sandwich but once I get the notification that it’s out for delivery it takes another 30 mins give or take for it to actually be delivered. 20-30 mins to go less than a mile by car??? Ridiculous.. I miss the days when I would place my order and receive my order in under 20 mins…
Mind blowing slow: sat in parking lot 27 minutes wife went in to get a tuna fish sandwich either understaffed and too many to go orders to help walk-insWalked in no greetingStaff working on big pre order to goGlanced up but said nothingNo greeting at registerI placed my order for two sandwiches with a third girl ( saw total of 6 employee on __ 2 driver's 2 on line; main manager leaving for bank and one back of the house :It was 10 minutes before I asked if they were going to begin my sandwichesResponse was mine is nextNo other customers in shopLead on the line not friendly moreso was abrupt in telling me to wait it's comingHelp on the line was more friendly in handing me sandwichesThe lead should have stopped her preorder and should have been happy to serve me; in shop; instead of making me feel as if I was an interruption, clearly a manager who does not care,

So I did not know that this place charges 1.99 for a cup of water . Same price as a fountain drink . I asked the cashier , she said yes that’s the price for a cup of water . Some other jimmy johns don’t charge that much

So this is a review for delivery, not dining in the shop. When you get an order you should make waht is ordered, especially if the item has add-ons that I get charged for. There are missing items and at least one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly though it states clearly on the ticket what was asked for. Next, when you drop off a delivery you should probably not put it right up to the door in such a way that so when the door is opened it will knock over the box you delivered the food in and spill the contents all over the walkway.I order delivery from time to time from this store and there is always something wrong with the delivery, never when I go into the store. If I wasn't under such a time crunch I would go into the store, now if I want a sub and I am pressed for time I will order pizza.

New Chubby girls don't answer the phone. I went in to order, they are sitting down eating and playing w their phones. They acted like I disturbed them. Not the first time I've had this happen.
