The ginger dressing for the salad was less dressing and more puree, and was more mild in flavor than I expected.
The chicken Yaki Udon I got could use the most improving. The udon noodles could have been firmer, and I got it spicy, but there didn't...

Was nice clean inviting atmosphere. We did the lunch all you can eat and everything was great. Roll and piece size were just right. Loved that they only used a small amount of rice and didn't overload the roll. First time seeing a peanut avocado roll and we were surprised. It definitely was reminiscent of a dessert with the sweet creamy crunchy texture. They have a roll called Salmonator how can't you get it. "I'll be back" to try some more.
