I've had a lot better pizza than what I received. I ordered sausage, onions & garlic, all I got was sausage. How can you mess that up with 3 ingredients! Will NOT be ordering from them again.

First off the children you have working your phone ordering system are extremely incompetent and cannot comprehend phone calls or orders correctly, ordering one simple BREADED BUFFALO WING and we received breaded plain wings. Disgusting. Also, we placed order for DELIVERY and it never came because your Aurelio’s app is horrendous and not user friendly, so we never got our order since your app decided to claim it as pick up when we could NEVER since we are disabled and cannot drive. We know for a fact we claimed this as delivery too. You guys are embarrassing as an establishment with awful incompetent customer service.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and it came completely raw. The whole middle fell out! It was inedible and ruined our dinner. The regular cheese pizza we got was not as bad but also had so much sauce that the pieces wouldn’t hold together.

Pizza was good but not as good as in the past. Sauce wasn't as sweet as it used to be.
