Service wasn't the best but good ice cream and breakfast sandwiches.

Great service

Service isn't consistent and they close at 9pm even though it says they are open till 10pm. And all other Baskin Robins near by are open till 10pm. Very inconvenient.

Staff unenthusiastic and closed store early (8:15 pm) when hours posted stated 10:00 pm and on Google listed as 9:00 pm.

World's slowest service. Caramel pump broken. Employees mind also broken

Rode my bike up there to get a banana shake. Their machine was broke. Went to the Creamery instead. Their machine was working and were able to provide me with the delicious banana shake I was craving.

The owner is terrible he does not know how to treat customers with proper care I understand everybody and every situation is different and he should understand that he needs to go to school and be schooled on how to address customers correctly he is a poor person at doing his job otherwise unfortunately he is the owner of the store that dealt with me at the counter today and I will never step foot in his door again I go there twice a day several times a week and will never do so in the future!!! And just an add-on Starbucks is just down the street which will probably get my business in the future.

Asked for a double scoop on sugar cone. Told not possible . Asked what? Repeat can not do a double scoop on sugar cone , asked if we were at an ice cream shop . Employee said he did not need our attitude . Left with no ice cream

I normally like Baskin-Robbins but then they decided to create this hot cookie ice cream sandwich which was the dumbest thing I've ever bought in my life. Why would you give somebody a burning hot cookie with ice cream so by the time you get maybe 3 mins away from the store you get a melted pile of sugar and no actual ice cream. One of the dumbest things I have ever seen come out of an ice cream chain.
