Love this place. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I come here almost every day. I love the staff especially Kaleb and Corey. When I have a bad day, just hearing one or both of their voices and seeing their smiles makes my day better.
This buona beef is usually decent, however we all have favorites and this night I found out after getting the same Avacado chicken for the last couple years it is no longer served. I tried to order it using side ingredients as I remembered it. When I received the order, the chicken was unusually dry. I hope this is a one off so I'll give it another try next time we're hungry for buona. Other than that, the service was good and speed was quick.

We have Buona customers for the past 5+ years (as soon as it opened in Frankfort IL). We all feel you/the company have crossed a line by diminishing the size of the beef sandwich significantly recently. The bread width is MUCH SMALLER than previously and thus the amount of beef in the sandwich is insufficient. The sandwiches are not sufficient to fill up a normal adult. Same goes for the regular fry. Returning as a customer is now in serious doubt, because the action to reduce size is unnecessary (significant price increases for the same product have already been occurring over the last 3 years) and insulting.

Food is always amazing, stopped going here months because the order inside and through drive through is always wrong. I figured I would try it again and nope all 4 sandwiches made however but not not the way they where ordered. Not worth the 50 bucks or trying to explain the order again.

Went through the drive thru this afternoon and was the only person in the drive thru and it took over 25mins to receive our order. Only ordered 2 beef sandwich meals so I should not have taken this long to receive our food. Not to mention it was not busy inside either. The drive thru should be a lot quicker than this considering this is the point of going through a drive thru. This is awful customer service and there should have been compensation given to us for this kind of wait time.

I ordered a Chicago hot dog at the drive up. When I unwrapped the hot dog it was a big mess. Bun was smashed, mustard everywhere, toppings everywhere, and it was luke warm. The worse hot dog I have ever gotten from any Buona. I would not recommend this location. I have always gotten a delicious hot dog from many other locations. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The food was hot and fresh and I wasn’t very sure about what to order since it was my first time coming here but Lily and Corey were excellent in helping me choose the right meal they were patient nice and made me seem right at home.
I just purchased a #1 value meal deal. Beef sandwich, fries and small drink. I ordered my beef baptized with sweet peppers ( sweet peppers were crunchy, raw), I upgraded to a large fry which were good however as I an waiting for my food I saw the woman that was putting my order together throw out fries in the garbage from the container in her hand than add a new order of fries to that same container instead of taking a new container to put my fries in. All of this for over $16, as long as it took for my order I want it fresh not raw and my fries in a new container. Yuck!

I will start by saying I'm very selective about choosing five stars when it comes to restaurants. Because the true five-star experience isn't really a fast food place. However you have to consider relativity. Food is good is very tasty and the portions are generous the service was friendly in the environment was clean definitely worth going to in checking out good for friends and family
Parking: This is a modern development. And the area with the stores and other competing businesses around are kind of boxy the parking is a little bit of zigzag to get from one place to another but there is plenty of parking nearby

Any time I order from here there are ALWAYS issues. Usually it's missing items that I paid for. After avoiding them for 8 months I decided to give them another try... maybe it was a bad season for them. Nope. I ordered food tonight & half the meal is missing. UBER EATS is a joke of a company and won't refund for those missing items, and BUONA is a joke of a company because no one will answer your calls to even begin helping you. Don't spend your money here unless you're willing to only receive half of what you paid for..... and it's usually cold. I can order from other places next door, same travel time, and my food is always correct and hot/fresh. I would be so annoyed if it didn't cost so much for so very little food. Please do better. Your food usually tastes great... but your service IS HORRIBLE AND NON EXISTENCE AT THIS POINT.
