This location is definitely one of the worst ones. Having one of these five minutes down the road made me very excited as I grew up eating Chick-fil-A in the south. Every time I come to this location, they forget something I order or you pull up to place an order and there’s no menu available and they expect you to just know everything. Today I had my cashier rush me as soon as I would try to say something I wanted within seconds not even a second she’s rushing me off. I don’t like that. This is not the Chick-fil-A. I grew up with. This is a very disappointing location. I would say management definitely needs to retrain the staff on what Chick-fil-A standards are. Cause you’re definitely not hitting them here.

Already failing. Ordered via the mobile app and I had to wait 19 minutes for 2 items (3 if you count a pre-made cookie). 20+ cara who ordered after me got their food before.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. MOBILE ORDERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE FIRSR PRIORITY.

Will wait a month or so for them to work the kinks out.

This Chick-fil-A is wonderful. They’ve been open nearly a year end really have their act together. I just wanted to do one shout out to a guy named Rhett that works the drive-thru. He literally knows our order when he sees the car driving up. Very impressive and nice young man.

The food was so bad it wasn’t even edible. The nuggets were hard, cold, and so salty I couldn’t even give them to my dogs. The “waffle” fries were looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan of leftovers. They were just little pieces not even waffle shaped. Never going back again.

I was giving this Chick-fil-A the benefit of the doubt for awhile with being new. But their mobile ordering is “advanced as faster” but it’s not at all. I waited for awhile and the car in the regular lane that came at the exact same time as me got their food and left before I got mine. They also always forget to give you silverware even though it’s on the app to add it in.

Great CFA with two consistent issues: drive-thru orders are always served before mobile app orders, even when the drive-thru order was placed after a mobile orderer has checked in and has been waiting. Another issue is that, frequently, we have ordered just drinks at the drive-thru and have sat there for 5+ minutes waiting as all the other orders are filled. It takes too long for them to realize that the drinks are ready to go and are not waiting on food.
