This Chick-fil-A is wonderful. They’ve been open nearly a year end really have their act together. I just wanted to do one shout out to a guy named Rhett that works the drive-thru. He literally knows our order when he sees the car driving up. Very impressive and nice young man.
Great CFA with two consistent issues: drive-thru orders are always served before mobile app orders, even when the drive-thru order was placed after a mobile orderer has checked in and has been waiting. Another issue is that, frequently, we have ordered just drinks at the drive-thru and have sat there for 5+ minutes waiting as all the other orders are filled. It takes too long for them to realize that the drinks are ready to go and are not waiting on food.
*EDIT: I have gone back several times and it seems they have smoothed the wrinkles out. I still order through the app and the wait time has been acceptable. The food has been hot when received and the employees are friendly.
