Any ice cream shop, regardless of size, is capable of accommodating guests by designating space for an allergen-free station. They have a new policy which they think is reasonable but definitely prevents a large number of customers from being able to order most of their menu. It seems that they no longer clean utensils frequently enough and do not wish to try to accommodate customers by arranging an allergen-free station. Protocols can be developed if the bus I was cared about serving the community. Very disappointing especially considering I grew up coming to these shops, people with allergies are unable to control them. The Creamery has an opportunity to solve this problem with creative solutions that would give people the impression they care about serving their communities.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this establishment on several occasions and must say that it is an exceptional ice cream parlor. ? ? Its location is ideal, and they offer a diverse range of delectable items. They also periodically update their menu, and I noticed that they feature a weekly flavor. Seating is available for customers to enjoy their treats. This was my first time trying their food, and I was thoroughly impressed. My son ordered a hot dog, which was served hot and fresh. We conveniently rode our bicycles there, as it is conveniently located just off the walking/bike trail in Frankfort. The staff was very friendly too! ??

I had the best experience at the Creamery today! Finley was warm and bright, giving us our delicious ice cream with vigor! My only grievance is that the item I ordered (puppy chow blaster) was limited time only, and I’ll be sad to see it go. Carry on, Creamery!

I’ve always been a cynical man. Everywhere i go it’s bad food. But this place surprised me. Despite dealing with numerous customers, the Creamery remained an outstanding establishment. A sweet ginger boy (his name was Gary or Galvin or something like that) took my order, giving exquisite customer service. He helped me figure out how the sizes worked. I ordered a vanilla baby cone, and it changed my life. The perfect creaminess set it apart from other ice cream. It was made by a worker named Sami, and holy toledo was it good.
