The service is usually great here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Consistent coffee which is huge for DD. Sometimes the donuts can be melty and tossed face down in bags which isn't great. Besides that, I always enjoyed coming here. I used to come here multiple times a week but stopped due to a massive pothole in the drivethru lane. There is a smaller pothole when driving onto the platform by the window and a massive hole when leaving the platform by the window. It has caused damage to my vehicle so I stopped coming to this location. It has been like this for over 6 months. I asked an employee about it a month ago, she said the manager is aware but still nothing has been done.

Avoid the drive-thru unless you have an off-road vehicle. A giant separation between the concrete slab and pavement (not visible) will cause your vehicle to bottom out leaving the pickup window. Heard the vehicle behind us bottom out too. Has to have damaged hundreds of cars at this point.
The one-star is entirely due to damage to my vehicle (scraped frame and bumper panels). Management, put up a warning sign or fix your crumbling infrastructure already.

Went here a couple days ago it was my first time at this location. I got a bacon egg and cheese with hash brown and it was pretty good. Later that day I had some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I was sick for the whole weekend from it. I don’t know what was bad on it particularly but I know it came from the dunkin because that’s all I ate that day. I’m sure other items are still good but I would say stay away from their eggs and bacon if you wanna keep you tummy happy.

This location runs incredibly efficiently because of the drive-through employee named Brittany. She always gets everybody's order perfect right and she is lightning speed fast. I will only come here because of her. I met her by going through the drive-through so many times and realizing that the only time things moved, was when she was there. Make sure to thank n tip her every time for her wonderful service and hope that her employer understands how valuable she is to the team.

Last week I got my dog a pup cup for free and she even put a munchkin on top, but this week I was told that it will cost $1. I don’t know what kind of scam they got going on over there, but I won’t be going back. My coffee is $3 and they’re going to charge $1 for a little cup of whipped cream! Ridiculous!
