The customer service at this location is terrible. I have tried to patronize this location on several occasions, but now I’m done. The heavy set Caucasian employee who I think is a manager, Maggie needs a refresher on customer service and how to treat the customers like their appreciated and not a burden.
The service at this business is unfortunately not the worst they have to offer. All there employees smell like weed and are absolutely rude everytime I’ve gone to this Dunkin. They never get my order correct probably because they are all high. I am forced to go to another one now but I keep my coming back due to how close it was to my house. I hope this gets to management so they can clean that place up.

When I came bk in drive thru after I quit the job. The manager was at the window had me sitting at the window for 20 minutes without cashing me out. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I finally got my donuts with an attitude from an employee
