Ordered gizzards, livers and chicken tenders. The livers were completely overcooked to almost black. The chicken tenders were overcooked and partially dry as well. I’m a little afraid of ordering again and being disappointed.

Took over 45 minutes for a simple wings order. People there were mad about how long it was taking to get their orders. The place was basically empty and it still took 45 minutes! Never again.

Staff is super nice and friendly. This location is spot on and this is fire. It makes me so happy to see Harolds come to the burbs let alone to Frankfort you are always welcome here! Best fried chicken in the game. 8 piece hot

I had 10 pics wing's with hot sauce very good friendly people good customer service I will go back again. Only thing I will need from them is to cook my fries a little longer other than that I'm happy and I will send all my friends and family there.

I ordered a 4 wing dinner over the phone and the lady said there will be a 20 minute wait. I get there and my food took and additional 30 minutes until they gave me my food with an attitude!! Don't tell customers a time when y'all don't honor it
