This is a great spot! So many gluten free options which i greatly appreciate and it was all amazing! our waitress was fabulous and accommodated our party so well! Must visit!

We went at noon for an early dinner, but everything was grilled and heavy, even the buns. No healthy choices, no fresh or cooked items as you would expect from the restaurant that has a fancy 'Social 45 kitchen' name.. Sounded like a upscale restaurant downtown Chicago where they actually cook from scratch, and meals are interesting and balanced. I don't know why they changed the name if their food is the standard bar and grill, processed meat from salinator and grilled. Everything is brown and yellow, very heavy and hard on your stomach. Very disappointed.
We live in Frankfort and frequently pass by but never stop. This restaurant is amazing. The service was excellent and the food oh my goodness was amazing. I’m so glad we ate there and we will definitely become regulars there. If you are looking for great food as well as great service visit Social 45 in Frankfort. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Brunch was so yummy! Can’t wait to try dinner!
The outdoor patio is awesome. Carpeted and not too noisy. The carrot cake had a strong taste of nutmeg. This place used to be packed. What happened?
We had a lovely dinner on the beautiful patio, and all of our meals were delicious! Portions were large and we had a nice time!
Highly recommend. Our service was great and all of our meals were fantastic. We all shared bites to taste test and everything was fresh and flavorful. The short ribs were so tender and cut with a fork and the birria grilled cheese was phenomenal.
The cocktails are very tasty too-the blackberry bourbon smash was amazing.
Can’t wait to come back to try more items and cocktails. It was really warm out for our visit but they have a cute little patio that is dog friendly that we will be checking out soon.
