Ray Kroc would be embarrassed by this location. The afternoon crew can’t handle when it’s busy it consistently give you the wrong order.

I went in to purchase 60 gift cards with my credit card in which the nice cashier and manager checked my ID and processed my order. The owner walked by and was excitedly told by the manager that I just purchased 60 gift cards. His response embarrassed not only her but also me where he responded "did you check his ID? Beacaue that's the number 1 fraud is gift cards" I'm not sure what about my appearance screamed fraud at him, you'll have to ask him, I can only assume. Notwithstanding, she already checked my ID but his assumptions and vocal reprimand in front of the whole restaurant was embarrassing and unprofessional.

It’s sad when you see a place that was high quality go down hill. Before this used to be the best McDonald’s in the area, but the last few months they’ve been getting orders wrong, or orders have been missing crucial parts like eggs and cheese. Not sure what happened, but there’s definitely been a change and not for the better.
Very cool place to be. Great service clean food. You can tell a lot about a place by their restrooms. Clean inside and out. Great job to the crew.

When I got my rewards for free chicken nuggets and fries, they still didn't want to let me pay for it and deliver it to me they said I needed to add stuff to my cart, which is just gonna up my total. I was just trying to get my rewards.
