Ordered Steak a la Mexicana, no attempt to flavor the steak whatsoever. Just throw it together on a flattop and hope for the best. There is so much good Mexican food in the Chicagoland area, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The steak tacos were good but not super flavorful. The Al pastor tasted like sweet teriyaki, and the nacho chips were Tostitos. Over all this isnāt a true authentic Mexican restaurant. Itās okay in a pinch but stick to steak tacos.
Ok was a little pricey but the food was good minus the elotes.. I didn't know It was possible to mess that up but they did.. chunks of a very dark chill powder all over it couldn't even eat it.

I donāt know what I would do without this place. The food is always delicious, they are always willing to accommodate me - sometimes last minute for large party orders, staff is niceā¦thereās lots of taco places around, this is by far the best one.

So I order steaks tacos and they forgot one. I called and the lady was very nice and said next time you come in make sure you give US your name so we can give you your taco.
Fast forward.. went back and the other guy who was their told me I had to speak to the person who told me that! How horrible is this for a business to take money and not give me what was owed to me!
He left a bad impression of the place!

I donāt say this in a bad way but most honest as possible this is by far the worst authentic Mexican food Iāve ever eaten in my life. Refried beans are so gross they have them sitting in a bucket on the counter in the back of the kitchen literally feet away from the bathroom shouldāve been my first sign when I went to wash my hands. None the less the steak tacos had no love put into them at all I mean not even salt nor pepper. On the plus side it came out like 2 minutes after I ordered which shouldāve been another sign that I clearly took for granted so I guess that wasnāt really a plus side now was it? Although the people seemed cool food was definitely a no for me first bite didnāt finish none of my 3 tacos. ?ļø.
