I placed an online order here a couple of months ago. When I got home, we found out the order was wrong. I called and the manager was nice enough to give me a voucher for a free meal.
Today, I used that voucher, but this time I went inside to place the order. Ordered the chicken parmesan with extra cheese. Mind you I'm the ONLY person in there placing my order. Voucher used. The lady brought me my to-go order.
Well......guess what????? Got home......ITS WRONG.....AGAIN. So this time i got someone else's pickup order! And guess what else.....I looked at their ticket.....and THEIR ORDER WAS WRONG!!!! Said it included a rice krispy and no rice Krispy was in there.
This USED to be a good location. NOT ANY MORE.
So no matter what people.....if you place your order......DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE, because OBVIOUSLY they do not care about their customers or what the hell they're doing.
The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food is half way decent. But the customer service......ZERO STARS.

Great lil place for a good bowl noodles..
Very disappointed in this visit. We picked up food for our office. Upon returning we realized a side and drink were missing. When we contacted the restaurant they girl insisted they gave us 2 sides (we only ordered one) and said yep we missed the drink. Never an apology or offer to rectify. This call was made on 3/25 at 11:45am. Apparently they do not care if orders are correct.
Update**Owner reached out and expressed concern. I can definitely appreciate the follow up.
Avoid avoid avoid! First time I tried this location and I bought 4 large regular creamy mac and cheese for a quick dinner for my family and I was so disappointed 😞. Where is the cheese? All we had were tough dry noodles. My kids refused to eat it and decided they would try to add their own ingredients to salvage it. Never again.
want to lead with -- this rating is NOT based on the location nor customer service. This rating is solely based on the corp. My coworker brought us lunch today ordering Penne Rosa, only to find out THEY discontinued the Penne pasta to Rigatoni. This saddens me, because this was my fav dish on the menu for yearsssss since I was in HS. The rigatoni noodles arent the best, because they are huge and don't hold the sauce as well as Penne pasta. Disappointed with Noodles corp. Not a good decision.
The kindest and most patient staff. We went in to order take out and had a wonderful experience despite it being our first time there.
I really like the buttered noodles and their chicken noodle soup. Very clean inside and very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable.
This location is ripping off customers and deliberately undersizing their rice krispy treats. Don't order them until this is fixed.

I went to this location and the woman at the register who appeared to be the manager was incredibly rude . She was not helpful in any form . The dish I wanted has been pulled off the menu very recently and she very rudely informed me . I decided on something similar and proceeded to order against my better judgement . Her register froze and apparently that was my fault for ordering a drink . I had to inform her I was part of the rewards program and she needed to verify which is fine . She reset her register twice and still it won’t function to take a payment . Her attitude brought mine down . All I did was drive out of my way to come here for food and was treated poorly for trying to order . I ended up leaving without anything after waiting for at least 20 minutes . The guys in the line seemed like they were nice and respectful . She was the only one with a problem and I still have no idea what it was . It was clearly more than a broken register . I’ll never go out of my way for this location again . This is not how business should be handled and I’d imagine I’m not the only customer she has treated that way . Maybe she should be moved to a location where she isn’t front of house service . I may have asked for a manager but sadly I believe she was the manager . She took a money order and signed for it so I know she was the manager . Very rude , will not be returning and as I stated I have the app . This was my favorite location , I’m was a repeat customer . I believe her name was Kay Zay , working front register on 11/11 at 12:45 pm . As Kay Zay was the only identifying thing on her swipe card . No name tag very unprofessional . I carried my child out crying because she really wanted her pasta . Very disappointed in this establishment and wasting an hour of our day .

My salad was poorly made. I ordered the BBQ salad with with croutons, cilantro, and and Italian seasoning. I barely had corn and croutons. There was no seasoning and basically a half of bowl of salad. I could not get mt money back from door dash. This is the second time my salad was made improperly. Trash store.

They were having a rough night when we stopped in hoping for a quick to go meal between activities, they had to turn away customers behind us, took approx 45 min from start to finish, employees were nice but overwhelmed and out of food at this location on a Monday night

I always DoorDash from this location and Kris is always the person who packs my order. Everytime I do, they ensure all my food is packed so neatly and I appreciate them so much.

Most times the girls seem put out. The time before this I waited over 40 minutes for my food I was in the restaurant. This time I ordered online and they cooked me the wrong one and the pasta was still not cooked I did not like this one at all the lady did offer to give me another meal but the point of ordering it online was that it would be done I wanted to get back on the road. I'm done with this location.
