From day one when my son and I walked into OPP, we admittedly felt the comfort hospitality presence from the staff. Facility is clean, the staff is always welcoming and management works as they are working as a staff member under management and it is always like that when my son and I visit OPP. The food is always delicious. One of the few things that I’ve noticed is that if any of the employees , from management to a staff worker is experiencing personal crises or problems in their personal life…… THEY NEVER SHOW IT….. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. GREAT ESTABLISHMENT GREAT FOOD AWSOME PEOPLE

I love it here usually, and I have come all the time here in the past with my boyfriend, anytime we have been in the mood for a good pizza! They usually never disappoint with the flavor aspect and always have hot and reliable food ,and usually have pretty nice customer service !! But this time my order was incorrectly prepared, and I had made it all the way home 20 minutes away not knowing the food was incorrect, and then had to call the store and return to get my correct order, which I appreciated they had no issues remaking for me. But whenever I got inside to receive the remake, I asked just for some extra red pepper and parmesan, and I felt I was looked at with confusion, and was told I could get you one tiny packet of each bluntly. Which I usually would be understanding about. But I feel like someone who is driving an extra 40 minutes back and forth because of a mistake with an order that was not made on my end. I just would have hoped there would be some more courtesy and care on their end as a business to be caring enough to give a nice and ample amount for a family to use for an entire 14” in pizza, instead of just being given one tiny packet of each, without caring very much of what was needed.I also got home and saw the pizza crust was slightly burnt as well (which in my note I left originally , I had asked for it to be crispy, but not be burnt at all if possible.

This was a fun place to eat at. They had 90’s alternative music playing and fun floppy disk coasters. The decorations were fun and added to the retro ambiance. We got a pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, and bacon pizza. It was delicious and very filling. We will definitely be back if we visit Frankfort again.

We were looking for something to eat, this popped up on google for good places to eat and we were very happy with it!! We each got a 10 inch individual pizza and an order of their dough nuggets, yummy!! Small dining area with a bar, great atmosphere and very friendly staff!! Pizza is very good, we’re from out of town and glad we picked it!!

The pizza here is delicious I love pizza and I can honestly say Old plank pizza is on my list of top five favorite pizza places. I will definitely be going back I need to try their award winning chicken wings. The staff is very welcoming and helpful karaoke night was fun. I highly recommend checking this place out.

It was a last minute decision to go out for pizza a family of four. We walked in and were greeted immediately even with the place being visibly busy the host sat us and our server greeted us with the friendliest smile. I was hesitant seeing she was a one man band tending to all the tables herself but she ran that place like a boss I really thought she was the owner. She seemed so happy to serve us all and no sweat when families were still oozing in. Oh yeah!! The pizza was PERFECT!!! Perfectly baked and we were very happy with the prices as we hardly ever get out to eat the four of us. If I could give this place 100 stars I would ❤️this is my new favorite pizza place hands down💋

We love dining at Old Plank and ordering delivery! We ordered tonight and received all items within 20 minutes. The food is always fresh and delicious and it is a great family atmosphere, staff is always very friendly. So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!
We moved to the area recently and tried this place out on our quest for the best local cuisine. It's family owned and run, the atmosphere is fun, and the pizza was great! I'd take this place over a chain any day. To me, sauce is the biggest factor for a pizza, and theirs was incredible. It tasted so fresh, a bit sweet. *chefs kiss* There was also good amount of cheese, which is necessary for this gal. 😂 There was a small issue with our order, and the cook came out personally to apologize, and offered us a free pizza to go along with our regular order. So we sampled 2 different pizzas, and they knocked it out of the park with both. Super kind people - great service. We'll definitely be coming back!

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday dinner with friends at Old Plank tonight. The service and kindness shown to the girls made for a great experience! Karaoke started while we were there and the girls felt comfortable to join in and had a blast! Great food, great people and great vibe.

Visited OPP after a visitation on a Friday night with a total group of 6 as we were about an hour from home and it was dinner time. I saw it was a local pizza joint with good reviews. Our server was excellent, very friendly and quick. Started off with the Spaceballs (garlic doughballs stuffed with cheese), which were fantastic! We tried the Ron Swanson (sausage, pepperoni, bacon, roast beef), and Step Brothers (half sausage, half pepperoni). Both were really good as well! Crust has a good flavor and held up well. Plenty of toppings and it was perfectly done. Also, it came out really quick, seemed like just a minute after we finished our appetizer. Only thing that i would do differently is order extra sauce on the pizza. Also loved the 80s vibe in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this pizza and establishment to anyone in the area.
