This is my second time visiting this location and each visit has been top notch. The staff is professional and friendly…except for one employee who jumped to conclusions when I was going to make certain they had clarity on the way my sandwich was being prepared. She thought I was inquiring if my food was ready. I felt I was being misjudged. Each time I visited I noticed the manager Abe going above and beyond for customer satisfaction and he is truly an asset to Panera Bread....
This is a really good restaurant for take-out. If you dine in it takes long to get served, and the workers take a long time to cater to request and often make mistakes. The food is top-tier and I would recommend the Macaroni and Cheese.

I walked in to place my order and paid with cash, I handed the girl at the register a $50 and $20 dlr bills, she took the money, said something on the manager’s ear and both headed to the room in the back, that didn’t sit right with me, it felt very awkward, after a little back, she came back with the same bills, I thought she went to get change but no, I asked if everything was ok? She said it was protocol to do that with every bill over $50, I have been a customer of Panera...
