The service has always been bad. Everyone there is super unfriendly. Food used to be pretty good, but has gotten bad. I’ve moved on. Just about anywhere nearby is better. Also, this place doesn’t seem very sanitary, they have a bucket of chicken just sitting out for all to see. Plus the place is pretty nasty looking. Go elsewhere.

Food was horrible, I had Campbells soup that tasted better. My entree literally looked like soupy water. Pot stickers were bad and egg rolls under cooked. Pricing was high for the quality of food

Women very nice at Frankfort location Been a while since we ordered from here!
Now I remember why.
Food had zero flavor, very pale sauce in the beef chop suey, like it was watered down
Will not order from them again!

Will not let you order from Frankfort restaurant on Lagrange rd and doesn't even make you aware they put you to Mokena site to order. Running around they rudely said we no have order I figured out different site, went there given a stone cold meal to take home. So be aware and not helpful people

Food from here is always good. Love their eggrolls. Tried other Chinese food from other places and wasn't a big fan.

Ordered at the wrong place and they wouldn’t change it. 30 min drive. Just be aware to check and double check

I used to consider Rising Sun one of the best places for egg rolls and fried rice. My experience on Thursday was quite disappointing. The egg roll filling (cabbage) was mushy and I noticed no pork and only one tiny shrimp in the whole thing. Definately not what it used to be. The shrimp fried rice tasted good but had very little shrimp. If this is their way of saving money due to rising food costs they should just raise the prices; not cut down on the ingredients. Quality is important and it what keeps me coming back; this experience makes me NOT want to come back.

I have been going to this restaurant for years for take out food.Last night I ordered crab ragoon and shrimp with peapods.I was disappointed in both. The crab ragoon was hard in texture and not soft and fluffy with as good ingredients in the center as it used to be. The shrimp dish had a lot of peapods but few shrimp. The sauce was thin and watery. The quality has gone done a lot. I dont intend to go back. Prices are too high also. I wonder if there is a new owner.I will find a new take out restaurant.

Ok! The food is really good, like really good! However, it’s not the kind of place you would go to have a special date night. You can eat very well though once you get it home. I go there for the delicious food not the ambience. They also give nice portions and the prices are very reasonable. Enjoy!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian option.

Parking: Parking on two sides.

Lady at county at was VERY rude!I asked for 2 extra soy sauce packets and she yelled that they will be .75 each. The food is just subpar and not worth dealing with such ignorant owners.I won’t be back. Go to the New Hong Kong on St.Francis better food and very friendly service.
