We went through the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes for our food. We were told we had to pull up into the parking lot and they seemed to completely have forgotten about us. My husband went inside after waiting 20 minutes, the workers gave him a hard time and asked for a receipt until we had to wait even more for them to rudely hand over our food. Definitely do not recommend coming to this location.

Literally the worst drive through experience ever. The lady on the speaker was giving me attitude from the start, I continued to be nice with her only in fears of having my food messed with, and I just wanted tacos. Then at the window proceeds to give me a hard time , literally rolling her eyes in front of me acting as if doing their job is an inconvenience to the customer… I then honestly didn’t even want food from this establishment anymore so I drove off and got a refund. It’s sad because this use to be a good Taco Bell, with nice employees who made your food with love, now it just seems like they are hiring anyone , overall terrible experience! Don’t go here

Evryone is rude. I put my name in the tablet and they thought we were joking. They threw our food on the table like to the point where it almost falls. I would give this a 0 if i could. DO NOT GO HERE. Overall this ruined my night.

While waiting for our food order we witnessed the man running the drive-thru start making orders. We noticed that he went straight from the drive-thru window to the food without washing his hands. He never put gloves on and was putting his full hands into the food containers and grabbing food with his bare hands. He did this for several minutes and several orders. After witnessing this we will not be returning to this location. We reached out to corporate about it but they never reached back out.

I don’t recall the names of the staff working that I was talking with at this Taco Bell ,but whoever worked the afternoon shift on 12/20/24 deserves a raise!! The people that were working were very friendly and deserve more recognition!

Dad to say but getting my food through the drive through, take it home and having to peel everything off the wrappers to try and eat it was the second most disappointing issue with this visit. The first was the cost. So disillusioned about the "value" at Taco bell anymore. It's gone. Way too much for crap food.
