Place always gets our order wrong. Today ordered a steak quesadilla and one cheese quesadilla with sour cream. Gave us one steak with sour cream and one cheese with 1/4 of it having steak for some reason, then overcharged us and added on a crunch wrap supreme randomly.
I've literally pulled up to this place at night and had employees have to get out of their cars and run in the restaurant to take our order hours before closing time. Ordering through online apps just as unreliable.

I ordered one soft beef taco, and when I received it through the drive-through, it had a teaspoon of beef, a shredded lettuce, and a couple shreds of cheese ! I had to go back into the Taco Bell to actually get meat and cheese and lettuce in my taco. The girl at the Register was not friendly by any means…..

Always fast and friendly. Will bump this to a five star if they decide to keep the chili cheese burrito permanently on the menu after it's re-release soon. If the Taco Bell near Wrigley Field can have it year round so can this location if they would just order the ingredients.

We went through the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes for our food. We were told we had to pull up into the parking lot and they seemed to completely have forgotten about us. My husband went inside after waiting 20 minutes, the workers gave him a hard time and asked for a receipt until we had to wait even more for them to rudely hand over our food. Definitely do not recommend coming to this location.

Literally the worst drive through experience ever. The lady on the speaker was giving me attitude from the start, I continued to be nice with her only in fears of having my food messed with, and I just wanted tacos. Then at the window proceeds to give me a hard time , literally rolling her eyes in front of me acting as if doing their job is an inconvenience to the customer… I then honestly didn’t even want food from this establishment anymore so I drove off and got a refund. It’s sad because this use to be a good Taco Bell, with nice employees who made your food with love, now it just seems like they are hiring anyone , overall terrible experience! Don’t go here

Evryone is rude. I put my name in the tablet and they thought we were joking. They threw our food on the table like to the point where it almost falls. I would give this a 0 if i could. DO NOT GO HERE. Overall this ruined my night.

While waiting for our food order we witnessed the man running the drive-thru start making orders. We noticed that he went straight from the drive-thru window to the food without washing his hands. He never put gloves on and was putting his full hands into the food containers and grabbing food with his bare hands. He did this for several minutes and several orders. After witnessing this we will not be returning to this location. We reached out to corporate about it but they never reached back out.
