If you see “we’re hiring” or “application” signs at the window please do not work for this company. They are the worst company that is disorganized, dirty, and the HR would have attitude with her workers and packer.

Not to mention they never pay their workers on time but always delay or taking our checks for the past 3 month. There’s a lot of Spanish speaker workers which there’s no problem but it may be different for non Spanish speaker or not used to it.

Nick Kuneman doesn’t know how to handle his situations correctly and tells all the workers that their direct deposit would come by 5pm on Fridays but it never came for even anybody. Very unprofessional and really bad on what these guys do. Please find a different company to work where they pay better, treat their workers fairly, and even knows what they’re doing. If they’re a client looking to have their products made, find a different company that’s gonna provide you better service than these guys will.

This place (also known as Coolab Foods) is the worst! They are out of business now, and they owe my company over $500 and won't respond. I've had minimal contact with Nick Kuneman and all he says is "we'll get to it when we get to it" and hangs up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. We better get paid soon or the proper authorities will take over. What they're doing is illegal.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, had 1500 apt didn’t get into door until 1900 had to wait a additional hour to open doors and still waiting for them to finish loading me, not counting the fact you have to back off the street into a building

If you are Caucasian, don’t waste your time at this place. If you’re Hispanic, this is perfect for you I wouldn’t work at this place if they paid me $25 an hour.

Horrible work environment how are you a lead or supervisor and you can’t even speak english most the employees speak spanish most these people don’t even want to train you The lady with glasses i don’t know her name and i don’t care to know her name she was rude and im glad i’m bilingual because this lady cannot speak english at all they should hire more bilingual people i feel bad for those who can’t even speak spanish someone has to take a look at this place as soon as possible corporate or whatever. They have the hispanics doing the easy stuff it’s a favoritism company for sure!

My experience: *FREE ICE CREAM* label on the building but I try to take just one ice cream and I'm getting looked at like I killed somebody, My checks were 1 to 2 weeks late always, Boss and hire ups like to make small talk with the females while I'm trying to organize 40 cookies onto trays, Workers look at you funny cuz you speak English, Had to get my own gloves cuz of poor management not restocking on gloves and trash bags, Got called off after a month of working. I'm rating it 3 stars cuz I'm trying to be fair. I'd rather start a side hustle then work here again.

These guys have the worst business practices of any company I’ve Dealt with. I own a trucking company. I moved a load through a brokerage for them and they called me directly to cut out the brokerage. Ran a few loads for them and only got paid on time once. We have a Net 10 agreement on payments. Here I sit at two months without them paying for the load I ran in April. They barely answer and when they do, it’s all lies as if they think they are so much smarter than everyone. I am forced to take legal action over a $6200 invoice.They got new ownership in March 2021. I can’t speak about prior management, but this iteration are liars and flat out cheats. Prepaid business with this outfit is the only way to insure that you are protected as a company. You have been warned.

Worst customer service, they offered 2 days shipping and after almost a week I got my order after 6 days all melted. In top of that I live 5 min from the warehouse and they don’t offer pick up only delivery.
