The food is terrible. It is not seasoned at all. The portions make it worse. I ate all rice and beans damn near. No meat. There’s never any protein. Waste of money

For $28 dollars you’d think you’d get better quality food. For fast food you don’t expect much but at least not this.

I enjoy going to Chipotle but this experience is making me want to go some where else in my neighborhood no meat on the line the girls attitude on the line was un exceptable and very rude made me leave never again

The portions are dumb low for the price, if they are almost out of something they will portion it out even thinner instead of making more. Do not come here if you expect to eat something filling for a reasonable price.

Everything about this location is beyond disgraceful to the brand.

Sent one of my employees in to buy lunch for my staff. The employee at Chipotle who took the order was visually and verbally annoyed that we were ordering so much food (maybe this is not the business for her, because go forbid we come in to spend a lot of money)

Additionally 2 bowls were wrong, & they all looked disgraceful.. PLEASE view the photos below (will also try to add videos, so you can see what you should expect)

We also got a side of chips and queso.. they filled it up about halfway & it’s just like crappy soup. What a pathetic disgrace start to finish. I wouldn’t feed this food to a stray dog. I’d advise you to steer clear of this location, but I’m sure the photos below will do that for me.

I had picked my protein for both bowls are noticed there wasn’t enough and the server looked hesitant but didn’t say nothing and that was not the portion size it was dry flaky chicken. I asked him if he can please add another chicken to complete the portion and he gave SO little. When asking for extra topping you’d think he’d give more because I said extra and well to makeup for the missing meat but no. Also they look like they’re forced and don’t wanna be there, they don’t greet or nothing. My boy needs more motivation because the lack shows in my order .

As a 51% owned by McDonald's restaurant i would say it is much better than taco bell or even MCDONALD'S, it is the only place I would eat if I was vegetarian, as that guacamole makes it worth it.
$10 is the min you will spend, I recomend just getting a water cup as high as $3.50 for the Soda/Pop is kinda steep. I have not tried bringing in a mcdonald's cup and arguing that it is the same company but sometime if you ask for a free drink they give it to you so there's that.

Writing this now before I keep forgetting but, the Chipotle in Franklin Park has got to be one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever had established in my town. Not only is the food quality poor, but the service and staff are too.

Whenever I go to another location such as Melrose Park or Rosemount I come out satisfied but never with the one I’m more local too (Franklin Park). I always order a salad at chipotle and the one they gave me had little to no lettuce! only one large leaf and it must’ve been expired because it tasted horrible. Not the first time I’ve been inconvenienced with my food there. On top of all that service is really slow and uncaring, took them 5 minutes to even hand me my pick up order when it was ready ages ago, and the manager lacks integrity.

I was supposedly “hired” after an interview. I went back 3 separate times asking when I would start and was told to wait for the AI chat bot to send me verifications or whatever and nothing ever happened after months. Huge disappointment do not go to this location, not for food and not for hire, you’re better off ordering at Melrose or Rosemount, heck even in Des Plains. Perhaps working there too.
