Chipotle Mexican Grill

The confusion to order chicken after replenished isn’t why I’m here.. sick to my stomach with the amount of sour cream the young man added to my meal today. As he’s going in for sour cream I mention maybe a little extra on the sour cream, he dips deeper and pulls out a mound and splat, right in the bowl.. ok cool whatever then goes in really fast and grabs another loaded scoop and drops it in… ughh.. yuk.. I made a comment like “dang that’s a lot of extra”, “guess I’ll have to scoop that mess out”.. NOTHING. No comment, proceed to pay.. get to work ready to see what I can do, it wasn’t much, meal was flooded. Ate what I could while attempting to leave the pools of sour cream dripping off the sides untouched. Guess it was still too much since it’s getting to me. Quality at this store almost never really hits and I try to not come back but well, it’s Chipotle.

Walking out I had really wished I’d asked for a replacement bowl on the spot, I’m sure the training states to make it right, so for that, I apologize.

I ordered an asada burrito bowl for pickup and was really disappointed. The asada was cold and several pieces were chewy. The guacamole was mostly brown, and the chips didn’t have any lime salt, which is usually one of the best parts. Somehow the whole bowl lacked flavor.

This was my first order from this location and unfortunately it was the worst Chipotle I’ve had. I’d recommend going to the Elmhurst location instead.

I came here today at 6:04 pm 12/17/2025 & got tree bowls, got home the rice was uncooked, hard no clilantro or anything. the only girl there said the rice looked weird but still served it like that. Terrible came back to have my bowls re made and they all had an attitude I would love a refund and a call from the store manager, this is terrible service.

I was in and out quickly. They gave great portion sizes

I did an online order. Got My food on time. made it back to work because I was on lunch break, my food was cold. My chips were burnt. I asked for double meat,I wasn't giving double meat.

The portions are always way too small at this location. I went in for bowls, they barely put any chicken. It looked like crumbs, it was all mainly rice. The employees always look like if they don’t want to be working. I do not appreciate this type of service.

The food quality has scaled back and isn’t good. Chipotle needs to have a quality control system in place or supervisor - for the price people are paying there’s not excuse for this

I ordered through UberEats after having a long day of work, even paid priority delivery, all for over half of my ingredients to be missing. Time after time they mess up with something (i.e., an employee with a bad attitude, small portions, incomplete ingredients). So disappointed.

Their food has no flavor whatsoever. I ate there once and couldn't eat it it was so terrible. I don't know what people see in this place at all $15 and it was a waste of money. I'll never eat there again. I just chalked the 15.00 up to learning a lesson. They're not very friendly and the area is filthy tables are always dirty chairs are never wiped off.

Lazy employees the night manager sucks they never have anything always running out of things. Do not go to this location
