This was a very poorly run location for Chipotle. I have been multiple times to different locations and it's been great every time. My family and I walked into this location an hour and 20 minutes before it closed to have dinner. Upon walking up to the counter we were told they were out of regular rice, chicken, pork, and a few other key items. First, it's over an hour until closing. The food should all be available. We could clearly see the grill guy cleaning the grill... why is this closing with over an hour left? We were starving so ordered anyways. While we ate we noticed several others come in and leave, due to lack of food.

The dining room, restrooms, and kitchen were all very messy. We attempted to use the restroom - toilet didn't flush and no toilet paper. Trash cans were over flowing, yet they wiped tables down and put chairs up. There were only two tables we could use in the entire restaurant, since they had basically closed down the dining room.

If I was the owner of this establishment I'd be so disappointed in my employees and shift manager. I feel the Corporation should know how poorly it's run and the negative impression it is leaving customers.

I guess people eat here out of necessity. Been going here in weekends for lunch for a few months until I asked the skinny middle aged low t man for a little more steak and he got very defensive telling me that he will charge me for triple portion steak (ordered double)….like he was giving me a few more pieces out of his own pocket. I guess I gotta change the weekend eating place, as usual chipotle always disappoints…..one of the worst chains, I always got a great experience even at the mcdonalds 👎👎 and no, no one will use that link as is useless pretty much

Been going here for awhile sometimes 3-4 times a week. Lately there’s been a lot of new employees, workers I haven’t seen before and today this Hispanic lady with glasses insisted on giving me the smallest portion of meat and she had an attitude. I ask for a little more and she denied saying it’s going to be double meat. Was really tempted to just walk out. Wish i did because after I spoke with the manager thinking he would help as he’s seen me frequent this location ALOT of times. And he also had an attitude, and told me the same thing she did. I told him I won’t be coming there anymore and he said he didn’t care. This is NOT the way you treat a regular customer. I worked for chipotle downtown and we always made sure the customer was happy within limits especially our managers. Anyways this location lost a customer in me.

Went in 2hrs before closing, they didn't have any chips, figure it must of been a very busy day, food was bland and staff had mejor attitude.Gave it another shot, went in yesterday, again no chips!! At 5:30pm!!! Plus no guac either! Customer service was ok but food was horrible and old. Definitely don't recommend this location! Don't waste your money or your time!

Worst chipotle EVER! All meat cold, crusty sour cream NO CHEESE which is the only topping we eat! All the chips were crushed! Ended up getting lettuce and the "eye" of the head of lettuce. Both girls at the front had additudes and not 1 person in line. Sanitation is terrible like they haven't cleaned the counters floors or tables all day. Do NOT eat here! Also after not even having cheese still charged me for double meat on our burrito with out cheese!

Generally have great service here however recently I came in around 830-9 pm and was told they ran out of cheese. I still ordered because the food had been haunting me for days but without cheese. Apparently they only cut so much cheese a day (no pun intended) and if they run out, you are out of luck until the next day. Would have been nice if they comped a fountain drink or offered to add a little more toppings to make up for it hence the 4 stars. They were also out of chips.

In the past, I would have given 5 stars to this location. However, after my last visit, I cannot. The location had only been open for possibly 1 hour before I arrived but was out of rice in the main section and the young lady had to go and get rice from the catering area no biggie but I did have to ask for triple rice or should I say what "use" to be the normal amount that was provided without asking, just to have an original bowl. I provided these details only because a gentleman came in after me with the same request "burrito bowl " only to be provided with enough rice to cover 2 White Castle burgers!! Which left us both in shock he jokingly said she gave him more chicken than rice!! His bowl should have been considered a sampler of toddler bowl. The gentleman was just that a gentleman because he did not even address the situation. Sooooo when going to this location, be advised you might get a "Sampler" if you don't ask for more rice.

Once again, cleaning needs to get priority on this place. Every single glass,floor, and tables need to be cleaned up more often. I was taken out of my food, but there were people dining in. That's not the way to treat customers.

I have 2 infuriating experiences at this location and it's all because of service and attitude. I don't know what kind of mgmt this place has. The first infuriating experience with the staff and manager was, I ordered online so I didn't have to wait for a long time. I went there after 30 mins and my food was not ready yet. I went straight to where they place the online orders. I waited patiently for someone to ask/ accommodate you as that spot was for online orders. I waited for 5 mins then 10 and after 15 mins, I started to talk and ask. All that time, the different staff were ignoring the people waiting for the online orders. When I asked the guy who was cashiering, he gave me a palm signal like "wait". So, I thought he would come back to me, that he was just serving another customer. No he did not. The line for walk-ins was much faster than the online orders. I just lost my patience as they were just ignoring the people at the online spot. A different staff finally talked to me and looked for my order which he found just laying there ready to be handed over but this guy whom I kept on following up my order and gave me that f%^$#* hand signal told him not to give it. I just totally lost it. When the manager came out and heard me, he asked me the problem and they said they were shorthand. I didn't see it that way. He was just mismanaging the online area. I told him it's been 25 mins and others were also not being accommodated. Clearly, no one was managing the online orders. There were different 2-3 staff at the walk-ins currently serving and no one was at the online area. He responded to me with an attitude, no apologies and just returned my money. Yes, after 25 mins of waiting in vain. The 2nd instance was, I went at the store to personally order. I ordered 2 bowls.
for my first order, this same guy who gave me that hand signal from the first horrible experience, put so much sour cream on it and when it came to my 2nd bowl, he said, they ran out. When another female staff heard it, he told this guy that he would check at the back. It was early like 6 pm for them to run out of supplies. It's not like 9 or 10 pm that I would understand they ran out for that day. The guy shook his head and turned his back to talk to the lady to not check it. I've seen so many reviews that this location always run out of supplies. What kind of manager do this location have? He doesn't seem to have the proper and sufficient skills to run this place.
