Went at 11:10 AM this morning to be treated like garbage by the cashier. She always has an attitude and she never has any patience. Not the kind of establishment I wanna spend my money on anymore, and I was a weekly customer. Causing the loss of paying customers because you can’t hack it at being friendly isn’t exactly ideal

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for over a week. 2nd time I order through the mobile app and this location cannot fulfill my order because they are out of stock. The will not give me my refund because it has to go through customer service but customer service doesn’t answer.

They made my coffee so so sweet it quiet literally is inedible not only that but they interrupted me 3 times mid order I wouldn’t have minded the bad service if my coffee wasn’t absolute trash

I made a complaint to the manager about the cheese on my sandwich being quite literally sour and expired. When I was denied my 5 dollars back he proceeded to give me attitude and invalidate my experience and my partial consumption of this expired cheese with the statement “A thousand people come into here everyday and don’t complain.” I was 1 person out of a thousand who complained about my cheese being expired and was treated rudely. A thousand people is a lot of people to be serving expired cheese to.

Came Saturday November 1 with my family and ordered two ice coffees unfortunately i dropped one of the ice coffee right In-front of them and got a dirty look from employees and manger and was denied a coffee I didn’t even take a sip from my coffee . I will no longer come to this location rude and doesn’t care about the costumer.

Latte had no distinct flavor, just like regular coffee.
I ordered a egg cheese and sausage on a croissant but wanted it with no sausage, the lady if you want to call her that said they don't have croissants but do Iwant it on a bagel... Why would I want egg and cheese on a bagel? Also every time I get food there she just hands it to me. Doesn't even put it in a bag. Not going there anymore.

I’ve been going to this location since 2023 and have always ordered less ice in my iced drinks. I’ve verbally requested less ice in the drive thru and it’s been printed out on my receipts on my online orders. THEY ALMOST NEVER follow thru with that request. I’ve complained to them before about that, I get less of the drink I’m paying for because they fill up my drinks all the way with ice. Picture below for reference, you can see how much ice is put into my cups. I had to ask them for the donut I ordered because they forgot and then when I went into the bathroom I didn’t bring my drinks, (which still had drinks in them) I come back out and they had thrown our drinks out for us. I asked them why and the male manager on duty this afternoon said “there was barely anything left (lie) and no one was out here.” I left the store and called my husband and he said the male manager told him that me and my child were in fact NOT in the bathroom and that they supposedly checked and no one was in there, (lie) and the drinks “barely” had anything left in them. After leaving my child began to cry because she wanted to finish her refresher and said there was still a lot in it and it felt mean they threw them away. I will not be coming back here it seems they never follow thru with the LESS ICE requests and don’t pay attention to the directions on the receipt. The manager also lied and downplayed the story so he didn’t have to fix our issue. I’m very disappointed.

The only dunkin in the Chicago area that makes the best iced coffees. The almond milk ratio is perfect, I bring all my friends here from out of state and they say the same thing.
