I’ve been going to this location since 2023 and have always ordered less ice in my iced drinks. I’ve verbally requested less ice in the drive thru and it’s been printed out on my receipts on my online orders. THEY ALMOST NEVER follow thru with that request. I’ve complained to them before about that, I get less of the drink I’m paying for because they fill up my drinks all the way with ice. Picture below for reference, you can see how much ice is put into my cups. I had to ask them for the donut I ordered because they forgot and then when I went into the bathroom I didn’t bring my drinks, (which still had drinks in them) I come back out and they had thrown our drinks out for us. I asked them why and the male manager on duty this afternoon said “there was barely anything left (lie) and no one was out here.” I left the store and called my husband and he said the male manager told him that me and my child were in fact NOT in the bathroom and that they supposedly checked and no one was in there, (lie) and the drinks “barely” had anything left in them. After leaving my child began to cry because she wanted to finish her refresher and said there was still a lot in it and it felt mean they threw them away. I will not be coming back here it seems they never follow thru with the LESS ICE requests and don’t pay attention to the directions on the receipt. The manager also lied and downplayed the story so he didn’t have to fix our issue. I’m very disappointed.

The only dunkin in the Chicago area that makes the best iced coffees. The almond milk ratio is perfect, I bring all my friends here from out of state and they say the same thing.

I used to love this Dunkin but recently they been messing up my order even when I repeat it 2 times to make sure they got it right . The employees also laugh at you when you ask them if they can fix your order or have an attitude.
Terrible service and attitude. When an order is messed up, the employees give a terrible attitude when it comes to correcting/remaking the order. A simple “my apologies, let me get that taken cared of” goes along way for everyone.

Waited 5 minutes after paying for a matcha that taste like water charged for cold foam and there wasn’t any and a signature Carmel craze latte that was made with everything but Carmel.
They were very nice e the food was cheap and they gave us free doughnuts overral amazing

If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke can't even get an order right multiple times on different days then get mad when they need to fix the order. How do you give someone two croissants when they ordered two wraps TWICE??? Then mess up an entire order more then ones burning food and not putting any flavor in drinks.
Workers in the morning have an unfriendly way of providing service, they answer reluctantly.
You may want to think twice before eating there , I was a regular until I saw manager Vassu accidentally drop donuts on the floor and putting them back to sell , plus I noticed he sometimes grabs donuts with his bare hands , they lost my business , somebody is going to get sick eating there

Just ordered the cookie butter cold brew with cold foam thru the app and had my husband pick it up and there was no cold foam on it. I never thought you can make coffee taste like medicine it was disgusting. The put the topping on it without the cold foam and it was soggy and gross. Wish I could get my money back.

I always order coffee. But 95 percent of them are given to me decaffeinated without tasting like coffee!! ??. Very poor flavor!! They disappoint!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches 2 hash brown and a coffee the cashier said she charge just for one it’s not about the money it’s about team work the whole crew wash talking to much in Spanish and the poor Indian lady cooking they should be working more and talking about there personal life after work not at work
