Jersey Mike’s good but service here horrid during lunch. Catering orders yes but when there’s a line of 8 people in store priorities need to be made. 4 people working in the back and one to the people in the front terrible look will only come back after 5 when there is competent management.

It was my first time at this location and it was Fantastic! The blond lady that helped me was so wonderful. She really used her customer service skills most professionally, I wish I got her name. She also helped what appeared to be a new employee, and the food was delicious! Thanks you so much because now I have a great place to get lunch near work going forward.

100% Slow service. I never had a bad experience with this restaurant till today. The blonde lady making sandwiches up front or taking orders asked me what I was ordering so I gave her my order, but I thought she told the guy making hot sandwiches behind her since she whispered something to him. Well I was wrong and I tried to be as patient as possible. I think I’m not going back because besides the poor guy making the sandwiches apologize to me the rest didn’t. Not even that one girl who supposedly took my order looked at me. So I walked out. THANK YOU LADY WHO LEFT ME WITHOUT EATING WHILE I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY! ✌️

This location always treats me with care. I am gluten and dairy free and this location makes my sandwiches on another preparation station so there’s no cross contamination.
Connor had a great attitude and made sure I was well taken care of with no worries of any allergens getting in the mix.
The team is friendly any time I’ve come in. It’s a top Jersey Mike’s location in the Chicagoland area.
