Idk who on earth is managing this location, I forgot to post a while back. The staff members are in physical danger. I saw what I thought was a manager on shift and one of his employees SLIDING as they STEPPED because they were not wearing kitchen shoes. I worked in many kitchens, and it is a giant hazard for that to be accepted. Food was good as always, took forever though even when I placed my order in advance( about 10-15 mins after when the order was supposed to be ready) Fairly messy too. Cross contamination is real people, don’t let your ingredients fall into another container. It’s just GROSS to see that, but also it’s not legally correct. Keeping rags on hand at all times to WIPE your surfaces down is a MUST for all kitchen workers. It’s not complicated, it’s just a procedure that needs to be implemented and followed through.Deplorable looking working conditions. Unfortunate that their management doesn’t seem to care to enforce basic safety for their own employees, let alone their customers!!If a health inspector popped in then, everyone would be in hot water.Do better & take a refresher course on ServSafe!!!

First time customer this is the nearest to my house and I was disappointed, I tried the online service and customized my sandwich but when I got it home 12miles away it was nothing like I ordered and was charged for barley any meat on it and none of the additional toppings I ask forand not cut in half,I call and talk with Steve but overall I was not impressed the advertisement exceesd the product ?

Everybody is super nice, the place is super clean and they also understand exactly what you want but also with a smile all the time!Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t know how to explain it because I’m not a vegetarian, but when I do go there and I ask for certain kind of sandwich, they make it for me and for my kids so I can only assume that vegetarians are getting what they want!Dietary restrictions: They cater to all people.No discrimination.Parking: Very clean, It’s a funny question because every time I go over there, there’s employees sweeping and picking up garbage and They open the door for people

Coup and Alexis were great somebody tried to steal while I was there they were super professional about everything and still gave me 5 star service as well as a 5 star
It was my 1st time trying Jersey Mike Subs, Atmosphere was great, but learning about the food what it was very bland. They didn't make good suggestions on which to really try or ask me what liked in a sandwich. Otherwise, I made a decision, it turned out I didn't care for it much for Chipolte Chicken Sub. It was a hot sandwich and it had melted American cheese in it. Yuck ?!Parking: The store was in Franklin Park, IL and it was conjoined with a Chase Bank next door, so all the parking spaces were full and very limited.
