Was there last night, got a family meal 8piece w/potatoes and slaw.potatoes and slaw were fine but when I opened the lid on the bucket of much anticipated chicken I was so disappointed looking at that bucket of mush. It's like somebody threw the chicken in the bucket and shook it up like a can of paint .it certainly wasn't extra crispy just extra mushy and oily. What a waste of twenty dollars for garbage. Well, that was last time KFC, your Chicken has declined so much over the past years and with my experience yesterday , you lost me as a customer. It's terrible there's apparently no quality control anymore .Good luck in the future, your certainly going to need it.

I got a 12 honey BBQ wings and not only where they hard and old lucky me and they gave me some old even older potato wedges and I spent over 20 dollars I wish I knew the food was gonna be that horrible then I could have just ripped the 20 up and flushed it straight down the John why give someone cold old food??? Do you know how hard I had to work to earn those 20 bucks I used to pay for food super disappointed

Please stop ordering from this place on at least 3 occasions my in door order was wrong. I have watched the server that's there around 6:30_7pm see you and smile as you come in the door and tamper with the food. God only knows what else she's doing with it. Food be old and cold. On wed or fri they purposely mess up the order so I am no longer going and will be reporting them the better business association for food tampering. Probably the health Inspector too.
